Hotel bom e confortavel. Os dois unicos problemas foram que o sabonete e o xampu nao eram recolocados e a escadaria é muito pequenininha, os degraus. Nao e indicado para quem tem criancas com carrinho e malas.

O hotel em si oferece um preço razoável em comparação com os concorrentes, mas o mesmo possui algumas limitações, principalmente de infraestrutura do hotel e dos quartos. Não possui elevador e as escadas são ingrimes e de difícil acesso até para pessoas que voltam de um dia cansativo andando. No mais, o atendimento é incomparável e auxilia na melhor percepção de qualidade na estadia.

One of the best service I had in a hotel in a long time and we are not talking about a large international chain of hotel where it is expected to have a good service and most of the time get disappointed.
All Hotel in Amsterdam is just awesome from the moment we entered the premises, a very warm welcome from the reception and a huge hand with all our luggage was most touching almost as if you were meeting an old friend you had not seen for a long time.
The rooms are really nice and cozy and I strongly recommend the 2nd floor room with the balcony as a morning bowl of fresh air is always energizing.
The breakfast is awesome if like us you come from a country where you had not had such a variety of food just after waking up.
From salmon to croissant and a nice cappuccino, it really felt like a mini 5 star hotel at a really affordable price.
The location is cool and not far from the city center so you can be there just walking around 30 minutes.
I strongly recommend anyone to book this hotel when traveling to Amsterdam.

Great hotel. Excellent & very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Fruit, coffee & tea is free (just ask the staff) Room with balcony (ideal for smokers like me) It’s an old building so no elevator, but that was no problem for us. Would love to visit again some day.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, que descreveram os pontos turísticos da cidade, com dicas de segurança e bons horários para as visitas , uma localização bem centralizada, que possui uma estação de TRAM em frente ao hotel. O café da manhã com grande variedade, bem diferente de outras cidades na Europa. Quartos com camas bem confortáveis,chuveiro e aquecedor funcionando perfeitamente.

Hemos estado mi pareja y yo durante 4 noches, y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Podría decir que es un hotel pequeño pero de los mejores que he estado. (Tiene escaleras muy empinadas que quizá dificulten a personas mayores, pero eso pasa en todos los hoteles de la ciudad)Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón hacia la calle, pero era muy silenciosa, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y estaba muy limpia. Todo muy ordenado y cuidadoso.Te limpian la habitación y te ponen a diario agua,una manzana y un bombón en cada cama.También te ofrecen fruta y bebida caliente de forma gratuita durante las 24h (café y chocolate) y además te dejan subirlo a la habitación. Está todo el hotel decorado con flores.El desayuno está genial y también está incluido (su horario es de 7:00h - 10:00).También se pueden comprar los tickets de lasatracciones en el mismo hotel.La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está a unos 1,5km del centro y se puede ir caminando perfectamente, pero también hay una parada tranvía justo delante de la puerta.El checkout es a las 11 am, pero puedes dejar las maletas allí de forma gratuita y recogerlas mas tarde.Quiero agradecer la amabilidad del recepcionista Thair; es una persona muy detallosa y te ayuda y te explica todo lo que quieras visitar de la ciudad.Lo recomiendo 100% y si tengo oportunidad de volver por Amsterdam, volveré al mismo hotel. I could say that it is a small hotel but one of the best I've been to. (It has very steep stairs that may make it difficult for older people, but that happens in all hotels in the city)Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet, the heating worked perfectly and was very clean. All very tidy and careful.They clean your room and put water, an apple and a chocolate in each bed daily.They also offer you fruit and hot drink for free during 24 hours (coffee and chocolate) and also let you upload it to the room. The whole hotel is decorated with flowers.Breakfast is great and is also included (its schedule is from 7: 00h - 10:00).You can also buy the tickets of the attractions in the same hotel.The location of the hotel is unbeatable, it is about 1.5km from the center and you can walk perfectly, but there is also a tram stop right in front of the door.Checkout is at 11 am, but you can leave your bags there for free and pick them up later.I want to thank the kindness of the receptionist Thair; He is a very detailed person and helps you and explains everything you want to visit in the city.I recommend it 100% and if I have the opportunity to return to Amsterdam, I will return to the same hotel. Excellent value for money !!

A recepção ao chegar no hotel é perfeita. Os atendentes são extremamente simpáticos e explicam o mapa da cidade e os melhores locais para visitar. Sao ponto de vendas dos tickets para os principais pontos turisticos como heineken experience, passeio pelos canais, entre outros.O quarto sempre é arrumado e deixam sempre um chocolate e uma fruta. Kit higiene no banheiro.Pode tomar um cafezinho a qualquer momento sem custo adicional.Único porém são as escadas.

Espectacular, la atención del personal, su asesoramiento, el desayuno, la ubicación, los baños, todo excelente. Nos hospedamos dos veces en marzo, y ambas habitaciones resultaron cómodas, las camas geniales para descansar después de todo un día de caminata. La ubicación respecto a los tranvías te permite salir de forma ágil a distintos lugares de la ciudad. En la esquina hay un mercado que te soluciona la vida, además de poder disfrutar de toda la vida nocturna de la ciudad más linda que conozco.

El hotel esta centrico y muy bien conectado con supermercados y tranvia justo delante , todo perfecto , buen desayuno , cafe y bebidas calientes gratis durante todo el dia ,tambien tienen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto , el personal es encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar , nos encanto !! Ni bien llegamos nos recibió Lea, genial persona que puso todo de si para que estemos lo más cómodo posible, nos comentó todo lo que se podía conocer en Ámsterdam. La habitación estaba en el primer piso con vista a la calle, amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno fuera de serie y muy completo (el mio era salmón con tostadas y huevo) para empezar la mañana. Por la tarde se encontraba Onur genial, el sabía castellano así que nos facilitaba todo. En general todo el personal del hotel simpáticos y siempre dispuestos. Más que recomendable
