Sehr gerne wieder! O hotel tem quartos e estrutura de acordo com o que se espera pelo seu preço. O que se destaca é o serviço, a atenção pessoal é notavelmente bom, eficiente, rápido, agradável e amigável.as pessoas não só trabalham muito bem, mas você também pode dizer que elas gostam do seu trabalho. A começar pelo pessoal de atendimento da pousada, Arturo, um jovem da recepção muito trabalhador e disposto a resolver qualquer transtorno para que a estadia fosse inesquecível. As faxineiras deixam os quartos impecáveis, o que com uma filha de um ano, aprecio e noto a diferença. Por último, mas não menos importante, os funcionários do café da manhã, são muito rápidos em ajudar e atendem com muita boa vontade e carinho, dois jovens em especial, sinto muito não saber seus nomes, apenas a jovem que coloca as mesas e dá as boas vindas, Dona Bárbara, mas tem dois jovens que nos atenderam que foram impecáveis em seu trabalho. O fator humano é, sem dúvida, algo que o faz decidir entre um hotel ou outro. Este hotel tem, mais do que uma boa infra-estrutura, pessoas que fazem a diferença e isso é algo inestimável.

Great location, quite street, accommodating staff, have a nice rooftop bar and pool. Morning breakfast was good as well with plenty of choices, even daily champagne - to start your morning right :-) One drawback is a dated interior both inside the rooms ( which a spacious) and throughout lobby.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Lisbon! The restaurant and catering were top notch, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the conference rooms worked quite well for our needs as a business. Highly recommend.

Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We received such a nice warm welcome and the staff were always very helpful especially Vanessa, who worked in room service. She was extremely helpful and kind when helping us with what we needed and answered any questions that we had. Overall an amazing stay! Would recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Amazingly friendly staff that would do anything for you! From the smell on the corridors to the view in the restaurant on the 12th floor, it was fabulous! The room was perfect - accept for no TV service ;( . I don't mind that at all but my husband really missed it! The location is great for Lisbon, we used uber a lot. Check out the roof top bat for a cocktail and there is a second one of that gets to busy! We ate in both restaurants and had really good meals each time including fab wine! The breakfast is great and again the staff are just amazing every morning. The pool and sauna were good, even if it was indoors! The spa is worth a visit even if the prices are a bit expensive! I couldn't recommend this highly enough after our stay of 1 week! Enjoy it when you get there!

Una gran basura casi 200 euros por noche por un hotel mediocre sucio ruidoso y que te cobran hasta por la cápsula de café que dejan en la habitación.. la piscina cobran gorro para entrar piscina llena de niños y todas las sillas ocupadas por toallas sin nadie que controle el abuso por parte de los huéspedes... Nunca más altis... Que asco de verdad me siento estafado

It was a five star hotel at one point... My room could use a deep cleaning and refresh. The carpet in the room was dirty, dust on many surfaces, a rip in the curtains, and marks on the walls and furnishings. the bathroom is run down too. It does not have the sparkly fresh feeling you expect in a 5 star property. I wouldn't take a bath here. Over all the details in the room are nice, but have not been maintained. The rest of the hotel is okay. Most things look good from afar but when you look closer it has much of the same issues as the rooms. Service was great at check in and breakfast, but I couldn't get service at the roof top bar. I ended up leaving after waiting and waiting. Overall it's a good hotel just not quite in the ranks of a 5-Star hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. While comfortable, the room could have been cleaner (I found several hairs in the drawers and bathroom floor). Room service menu, minibar and breakfast buffet selection are kind of limited for a 5-star hotel. The hotel looks a bit dark and old fashioned inside. The worst thing was the horrible perfume they put in the reception area and elevators!

Dois anos depois, voltámos à "nossa casa em Lisboa". É isso que nos identifica com o ALTIS Grand Hotel, há mais de 20 anos, ainda no tempo do seu ideólogo e fundador - que foi Presidente do Benfica - o Senhor Fernando Martins. Encontrámos a "nossa casa" como a deixámos: Simpatia, Cordialidade, Família, Eficiência e bom atendimento. A mi parecer no se corresponde para nada con un hotel de 5 estrellas… la piscina ENANA para tantas habitaciones, un jacuzzi enano que obviamente ni pude probar por l cantidad de gente que había esperando para entrar. Las almohadas dejan mucho que desear…. Personal muy bueno!
