Apartamentos para 4+. Há tudo para a vida: uma cama confortável, sofá, cozinha com fogão, micro-ondas, lava-louças, geladeira, torradeira e outros aparelhos. Chuveiro, banheira, água quente sem restrições, secador de cabelo é excelente. Todo o mobiliário, a decoração é arrumada, há muitos pratos. Para o inverno, há aquecimento. Perto da estação de ônibus, muito transporte, incluindo o metrô. Caminhe até a praça da oficina a pé por 30 minutos. Deve-se ter em mente que, sob a janela, os bondes começam cedo. Tetos muito altos, vá para os andares superiores a pé, as escadas são íngremes. Um pouco de navegação precisa na entrada, se você não fizer o check-in às 15:00, mas isso é superável, só tenho pouca experiência em assentamentos sem contato. Para isso, o dinheiro é uma ótima opção.

Muito limpo e eficiente no self check-in e check-out. Localizado em sítio calmo, perto de transportes, Centro comercial, cafés e restaurantes. Apenas um ponto negativo que é o facto de não ter elevador.

Apartamentos para 4+. Hay de todo para la vida: una cama cómoda, sofá, cocina con estufa, microondas, lavadora, refrigerador, tostadora y algún otro electrodoméstico. Ducha, baño, agua caliente sin restricciones, secador de pelo es excelente. Todos los muebles, la decoración es ordenada, hay muchos platos. Para el invierno hay calefacción. Cerca de la estación de autobuses, mucho transporte, incluido el metro. Camine hasta la plaza del taller a pie durante 30 minutos. Debe tenerse en cuenta que debajo de la ventana, los tranvías comienzan temprano. Techos muy altos, ir a los pisos superiores a pie, las escaleras son empinadas. Un poco de navegación precisa en la entrada, si no se registra a las 15.00, pero esto es superable, solo tengo poca experiencia en asentamientos sin contacto. Para esto, el dinero es una gran opción.

✅Apartamento buen tamaño , limpio y con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda a precio accesible, nuestra estadía en general fue buena y cómoda, el moverse en metro hacia principales puntos de la ciudad es muy rápido y fácil , el único problema que puedo exponer es el siguiente . ❌. Tomar en cuenta que la recepción sólo está abierta de lun-sáb de 15:00 a 16:30, por lo que si necesitas un check in antes de la hora es necesario solicitarlo antes , el horario de recepción es igual un problema , debido a que nos toco que él apartamento de junto estaba haciendo demasiado ruido por la noche y no hay forma de notificar a alguien así como cualquier inconveniente no hay nadie que lo pueda resolver de forma inmediata.

I booked a stay for some days via Booking, apparently with no cancellation fee. Two days after my booking, the hotel charged a part of the total amount. Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the reservation within the period of free cancellation, and they did not refund the paid amount until I insisted several times. At the end, the refunded amount was less than what I paid. I have received no explanation.

Apartment looks in much better condition in pictures, on arrival everything is worn out and in bad shape. Old building by a very busy main road, nothing but street noise floods the apartment and this was with the windows shut in winter. Can't imagine what it would be like in summer with the windows open. The toilet, shower and sink has been squeezed in to a old broom cupboard, no space to move, you can shave while on the toilet as the sink is literally on your lap. The apartment does not reply back to emails for information and early check in request. On arrival be ready to read the 3 page information sheet they email you for self check in, if payment has not been paid in full prior to arrival, you cannot self check in and staff is in the office from 3pm to 4.30pm Sunday to Friday and no office hours on Saturday and if you miss this window you have to call the out of hours number etc. This is all explained in the 3 page email. 50% of the booking was charged when first booking and they tried charging me the full amount on arrival until my proof was shown the other 50% pain completing full payment which I thought. The day before checking out I was charged another 50% unknowingly, totalling a 50% payment of the booking which I am having to chase up with the limited work hours they have. I have been told they cannot find my booking or the extra payment taken out but all is proven with my statements. Avoid the hassle and stay at a more reputable hotel or apartment.

Very clean place with everything you need very close by. 5min walk to metro and tram and all kinds of shops you need to do shopping from. There's a mall right around the corner and a very nice restaurant just under the building. The heating system of the house works amazingly well and it's fully furnished, with even a washing machine and ironing table! Most of the apartments are equipped at least with one balcony. Definitely an amazing experience staying there!

En un principio al trato con ella parecía que todo iba a ir bien. No la vimos solo el dia de la entrega de llaves. la sorpresa vino cuando al volver del viaje nos quiso meter un recargo en el precio por utensilios rotos que ni si quiera habiamos usado. hemos intentado ponernos en contacto con ella para solucionarlo y no hay forma. hemos detenido el pago de la estancia hasta que se solucione. para ahorraros problemas asi, no vayais.

Es un buen lugar en una zona masomenos linda, el bajón es que no tiene ascensor, por lo que si van a este lugar traten de llevar valijas pequeñas. Igual el departamento que nos toque era comodo, la habitación amplia, y es completo.
