Hotel apartamentos Baía Brava, foi sem dúvida uma boa experiência. Local sempre limpo e acolhedor. Funcionárias do hotel muito simpáticas e preocupadas com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A próxima vez que voltar a ilha da Madeira, irei escolher novamente toda a amabilidade deste hotel. Obrigado :)

É uma pena o hotel estar esquecido... "tem tudo para ser perfeito, mas não é" muito perto do aeroporto, uma vista deslumbrante, uma piscina fantástica mas a precisar de obras, água demora séculos a vir quente, falta de funcionários, sem rececionista, pequeno almoço banal (para um hotel de 4 *)... Faço este comentário na esperança que ajude a melhorar... Fui embora com pena do potencial do hotel não ser aproveitado.

Não tem NET , não tem canais detelevisão só se consegue ver a tvi, não tem condições para cozinhar uma refeição nos quartos em que é pedido com cozinha, tem realmente um frigorífico e um fogão de duas bocas mas não tem utensílios para podermos cozinhar. Apartamento muito pequeno para um casal com duas crianças. Fora isso tem uma vista espetacular e piscina.

Entonces no puedo entender todas las recesiones negativas. Aquí el precio y el rendimiento son absolutamente correctos. Estamos aquí por 6 noches y obtenemos todo lo que necesita. La amabilidad del personal merece una mención especial. El desayuno es manejable ya que hay pocos huéspedes en el hotel. Siempre nos preguntaban qué nos gustaba comer e incluso nos cocinaban individualmente cuando no estábamos comiendo afuera en el restaurante. Es recomendable alquilar un automóvil, que es barato en la isla. En el apartamento tenemos una cocina americana, balcón con vista al océano, la cama es cómoda. Estamos completamente satisfechos y amamos los viajes individuales. ¡Volveremos aquí!

Do not trust this hotel, I was robbed by the owners of 298.00 Euros, they overcharged me, I tried emailing them and ringing them, no response management insisted I pay the 298.00 when only 77 euros was due.
Scammers out for anything they can get, avoid this hotel, no tea coffee facilities, hard bed in a rural location need bike or car, noisy rooms, bad ownership. Only good thing is the view and the staff who are lovely.

For the price, we weren’t expecting anything fancy. On the first night, we realized there was zero sound insulation. However, as the place seemed to quiet down at a reasonable hour, we could live with this. Plus, the next morning, we noticed a sign right on the main entrance door proclaiming that no noise was to be made between 11 pm and 9 am. A little later start to the quiet time than we would have liked, but we appreciated the policy. On our third day, we chose to hike up the highest peak in Madeira, which made for a long and physically exhausting day. When we got back to our room shortly after 8 pm, all we wanted was to shower and go straight to sleep. However, there seemed to be some kind of a party happening in the downstairs dining area, which I’ll mention is right outside of our room. It’s fine, it will be over by 11 pm, we kept saying to each other. No such luck. By a little after midnight I got dressed and went out to find a hotel employee. She was very apologetic, but said it would likely continue for another 30 minutes to an hour and made no attempt to help reconcile our situation. It’s just after 1 am now and part of the guests have left, but the party and noise outside our room continue on. Obviously I don’t place blame on the party members, but on the hotel for booking this ‘once a year’ event as the employee kept telling me, without warning their (paying) guests, or offering them any alternative to being kept awake all night.
EDIT: It lasted past 2 am. I also wanted to add that similar to what most other reviews include, there is no WiFi in the rooms, only common areas, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and there are no shower curtains. Overall, it’s an aging and not well maintained hotel. However, the staff have been very kind and courteous.

La comida es excelente para nuestra media pensión. Para el desayuno, lamentablemente, siempre hay la misma selección, pero estará lleno. Para la cena hay un menú de 3 platos con platos que cambian constantemente y que fueron súper DELICIOSOS 😋. #ALABANZA. La vista es increíble, se recomienda alquilar un coche aunque la parada de autobús está justo enfrente de la puerta. Se puede llegar a las tiendas pequeñas a pie, es mejor un coche. Aproximadamente 2 minutos en coche. El servicio de habitaciones es bueno, desafortunadamente, a pesar de la redecilla, hay algunos pelos del personal.El hotel da buena impresión, pero hay algunos rincones en los que sería necesaria una renovación (solo un poco de pintura) para que vuelva a ser elegante. Las habitaciones, que están equipadas con una pequeña cocina, carecen de un gran bote de basura. Las tumbonas en la zona de la piscina lamentablemente ya han dejado algunos días al sol atrás y ya están rotas. Solo necesito un par de nuevos. Las sombrillas 🏖 lamentablemente no están previstas y no están disponibles a pedido. Solo había un viejo paragüero en la zona de la piscina.

Wifi only in the public room in reception. All week the same food for breakfest and not enough for all. Water in the pool was dirty. Bed was broken. Only staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Not reckommended for family holiday.

The best are the views and the landscapes from the rooms. I don't know why they haven't WiFi at rooms , it just work in Hall and shared areas inside the hotel. Kitchen nice with a sort of dishes, glasses, forks, etc.
