I told them the AC system said 70° but it was not it was putting out the temperature of about 75°. The receptionist came in the room and showed me the thermostat went all the way down to 60 and said that’s not a problem but the temperature didn’t get any cooler. So she refused to give me a new room or a different room and refused to refund the money don’t ever stay at this hotel EVER!!! thank you very much

The beds were comfortable, including the pillows. I didn't expect much considering the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Sure, they could improve a few things, but for the price it was great.

Então eu estou horrorizado com a condição da sala em que eles me colocaram! Não posso acreditar que eu pago dinheiro para ficar lá, mas era 2:00 e não têm outras opções. So I am horrified at the condition of the room they put me in!Can't believe I paid money to stay there, but it was 2 am and didn't have other options.Live roaches, dead roaches, stains on the bed and all over the floor, hair on everything in bathroom.Pictures don't give justice to how bad the room was.

Our stay here has been the best. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is the best I've had in a motel. Out of the four days we stayed, housekeeping was very accommodating. We were brought fresh linen daily, and our room was kept clean during our stay. Overall, I've stayed here times before, and plan to come back.

My sister and I or held up in the town we were in and were able to make a last minute reservation at the hotel. The price was reasonable for king size bed I was not expecting for it to be like a sweet. We had a couch and a couple of chairs and coffee table regular table wonderful TV what's satellite microwave coffee pot hair dryer we didn't even plan on staying so we had no toothbrushes. The hotel provided us with toothbrushes. Everything was very clean there was a free continental breakfast which was good with the exception of them not having fresh fruit. We were able to get coffee and juices and water anytime of the night. I felt safe due to the hotel being well-lit.. if I ever have to stay in Yorktown again, I will definitely use the same Hotel.
