Experiência horrível! Em primeiro lugar, este hotel não tem NADA a ver com os hotéis Wyndham ... Chama-se Baymont Inn and Suites! Não é Baymont by Wyndham 😡Camas: Lençóis e fronhas não foram trocados em ambas as camas. Você pode realmente ver o cabelo comprido do ocupante anterior nos lençóis (fotos em anexo). Bruto!!! Travesseiros não estavam alinhados para sequer imitar um quarto "limpo". Quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo. Eu me sentia desconfortável e não conseguia dormir !! Chuveiro: Tive de ir comprar toalhas porque, a essa altura, não podia confiar que as toalhas do ocupante anterior haviam sido trocadas. Após o banho, entrei em uma "piscina" de água no banheiro - a porta do chuveiro NÃO é selada para manter a água dentro do chuveiro. Café da manhã: Café da manhã? Isso parecia nojento e muito sujo. Na verdade, senti um cheiro de queimado todo o caminho até o terceiro andar! Além disso, precisa de café? Bem, havia água quente com cheiro de café, mas um café horrível!No geral, meu irmão e eu tivemos uma experiência muito ruim com este hotel, e definitivamente não é o que está anunciado nas fotos. A recepcionista do hotel me reembolsou US $ 20 depois de mostrar a ele as fotos de cabelos espalhados pelos lençóis (antes de ver as fotos, ele estava me garantindo que eles trocariam os lençóis). Foi quando ele me reembolsou US $ 20 pelo "transtorno".

Você pode conseguir um bom negócio em um quarto aqui se usar o programa de recompensas Wyndham. O gerente aqui parece ter dificuldade em presumir que pode simplesmente invadir o quarto de alguém porque pensa que eles estão fumando, quando na realidade todos neste hotel provavelmente estão fumando como um trem em chamas. Não há telefones nos quartos, ou pelo menos não no mesmo em que eu estava. A janela estava rachada com uma corrente de ar frio, mas fora isso foi uma experiência boa, não vi nenhuma barata ou algo assim, então é uma mais.

You can get a really good deal on a room here if you use Wyndham rewards program. The manager here seems to have a problem in assuming he can just barge in on someone's room because he thinks they're smoking when in reality everyone in this hotel is probably smoking like a train on fire. There are no phones in the rooms or at least not the one I was in. The window was cracked with a cold draft coming through but other than that it was an okay experience I didn't see any roaches or anything like that so that's a plus.

My family members are staying here while visiting from 9ut of state. They loved their room, especially the big bed! The only downside was the tub which is in dire need of replacement (peeling porcelain, dark stains/mold along edges of tub walls). They say, all in all, they be coming back here next time.

HORRIBLE PLACE, ID RATHER SLEEP OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND IN THE COLD WHILE BEING SOAKED IN RAIN OR BURNING IN A HEATWAVE, ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. AND STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND NASTY TO YOU IF YOU'RE NOT ALSO INDIAN LIKE THEM..WORST PLACE EVER!!! I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND CALLED CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY.

Horrible experience! First off, this hotel has NOTHING to do with Wyndham hotels... It is called Baymont Inn and Suites! Not Baymont by Wyndham 😡Beds: Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed on both beds. You can actually see the previous occupant’s long hair on the sheets(pictures attached). Gross!!! Pillows were not even lined up to even mimic a “clean” room. Room had a musty smell. I felt uncomfortable and could not sleep!! Shower: I had to go buy towels because at this point I could not trust that the towels were changed from the previous occupant. After showering, I stepped out into a ‘pool’ of water in the restroom - shower door is NOT sealed to keep the water inside the shower. Breakfast: Breakfast? That just looked disgusting and very unclean. In fact, I smelt a burning smell all the way up to the 3rd floor! Also, need coffee? Well, there was warm water with a smell of coffee, but horribly tasting coffee!All in all, my brother and I had a really bad experience with this hotel, and it’s definitely not what is advertised in the pictures. Hotel receptionist refunded me $20 after showing him the pictures of hair all over the bedsheets (Before he saw the pictures, he was assuring me they change the sheets). That’s when he refunded me $20 for the “inconvenience”.
