Este hotel é muito caro para o que estou recebendo. Agora estou muito frustrado, pois não havia nenhum sinal de não perturbe em nenhum lugar e, em seguida, a governanta entrou no quarto ontem quando eu não queria que ninguém entrasse lá e joguei fora um dos meus itens de higiene no banheiro agora não posso levar um chuveiro. O café da manhã foi bastante horrível e não há restaurante ou bar de verdade aqui, que é o que eu li quando fiz a reserva on-line. A iluminação do banheiro é a pior de todas. Horríveis lâmpadas super brilhantes do teto, em vez de iluminação suave ao redor do espelho, mas este hotel afirma que é um hotel de conceito de design. Neste ponto, não posso recomendar este lugar.

This hotel is overpriced for what I am getting. Now I am very frustrated as there was no do not disturb sign anywhere to be found and then the housekeeper came into the room yesterday when I did not want anyone going in there and threw away one of my toiletry items in the bathroom now I cannot take a shower. The breakfast was pretty awful and there’s no real restaurant or bar here at all which is what I read about when I booked online. The lighting in the bathroom is the worst ever. Horrible tiny super bright bulbs from the ceiling instead of soft lighting around the mirror yet this hotel claims it’s a design concept hotel.
At this point I cannot recommend this place.

O hotel tem um design incrível e é praticamente novo. Infelizmente você tem muitas áreas de oportunidade em serviço. Começando pela recepcionista, a moça de turbante não tem atendimento, dá pra ver pelo rosto dela que ela não gosta do trabalho. Há apenas uma pessoa na recepção, então o check-in pode demorar muito. Eles não têm um mensageiro, você tem que estacionar o carro e deixar sua bagagem. No dia em que fiz o check-in, o chuveiro do telefone caiu porque estava mal instalado e nas 3 noites que fiquei, eles nunca o consertaram. As taxas de serviço de quarto não podem ser cobradas do seu quarto. O frigobar estava vazio durante toda a estadia. A equipe do restaurante é amigável, mas o menu é muito pobre em seleção. Perguntei o nome do gerente e eles me disseram que era uma informação confidencial, é a primeira vez que ouço algo assim! É difícil entender como um hotel tão bom oferece preços tão baixos e dá zero atenção à experiência do hóspede. Que pena!

El hotel tiene un diseño increíble y es prácticamente nuevo. Desafortunadamente tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad en el servicio. Empezando por la encargada de recepción, la chica del turbante no tiene nada de atención al cliente, se ve en su cara que disfruta poco su trabajo. Sólo hay una persona en recepción por lo que el check in puede tomarte mucho tiempo No cuentan con bellman, tienes que estacionar el auto y bajar tu equipaje tu mismo. El día que hice check in se cayó la regadera de teléfono pues estaba mal instalada y en las 3 noches que me hospede jamas la arreglaron. Los cargos de room service no puedes cargarlos a tu habitación. El minibar estuvo vació toda la estancia. El staff del restaurante es amable, pero la carta es muy pobre en selección. Solicité el nombre del gerente y me dijeron que era información confidencial, es la primera vez que escucho algo asi! Resulta difícil entender como un hotel tan lindo ofrece precios tan económicos y presta cero atención a la experiencia del huésped. Que lástima!

No tienen espacios para trabajar, la habitacion tenia un par de goteras, no lo elijas por la terraza ya que es una calle muy concurrida y siempre sera muy ruidosa asi que no es muy agradable la terraza. El restaurant cierra a las 3 y no hay bar. Solo las suite tienen escritorio para poder trabajar.

Quiet and very nice, comfortable hotel with all the amenities you need. Staff is friendly and highly responsive. Service is excellent. Location is great too. Walkable you many restaurants and a lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Nosso quarto era simples, tudo super limpo, fomos para a consulta do cas. E fica a um quarteirão de distância. Purificado. Bom cheiro, elevadores novos, o restaurante estava em reforma. Minimalista. Eu gosto muito.

Quarto lindo - apesar do banheiro ser completamente de vidro, o que não é bom se um de vocês estiver experimentando a Vingança de Montexumas. E havia trabalho de construção em todos os lugares. Sem bar, sem restaurante. E nenhuma menção a isso no momento da reserva - daí as 3 estrelas. Quando terminar, tenho certeza que será ótimo.

Muito bom, instalações minimalistas, camas macias, estacionamento coberto gratuito! café da manhã incluso grosso, fresco e delicioso 😋 funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, Preço justo pelo que oferecem A melhor coisa, levamos dois filhos menores e eles também incluíam café da manhã para eles sem nenhum custo extra. Obrigada!!! A única coisa é que os travesseiros são muito, muito altos, talvez considere um par de travesseiros finos para agradar a todos os convidados.

Nuestra habitación fue sencilla, todo super limpio, nosotros fuimos a la cita del cas. Y esta a una cuadra. Limpio. Buen olor, elevadores nuevos, el restaurante estaba en remodelacion. Minimalistico. Me gustó mucho.

Instalaciones muy bonitas, minimalistas, camas suaves, estacionamiento techado sin costo!! el desayuno incluido basto, fresco y delicioso 😋 el personal amable y servicial, precio Justo para lo que ofrecen Lo mejor, llevamos dos niños menores y les incluyeron el desayuno a ellos también sin costo extra. Gracias!!! Lo único es que las almohadas están muy muy altas, quizás considerar un par de almohadas delgadas para dar gusto a todos los huéspedes.

Very nice, minimalist facilities, soft beds, free covered parking!! breakfast included coarse, fresh and delicious 😋 friendly and helpful staff, Fair price for what they offer The best thing, we took two minor children and they also included breakfast for them at no extra cost. Thank you!!! The only thing is that the pillows are very very high, maybe consider a couple of thin pillows to please all the guests.

Gorgeous room - despite the bathroom being completely glass which isn’t good if one of you is experiencing Montexumas’s Revenge. And there was building work everywhere. No bar, no restaurant. And no mention of that when booking - hence the 3 stars. When finished I’m sure it will be great.

El hotel está hermoso, cuenta con estacionamiento, rampas y elevador, la habitación está cómoda, sin embargo el baño no es accesible para personas en silla de ruedas. Desgraciadamente no contaban con café en el restaurante por la mañana.

Clean, modern, although somewhat cold feeling. Staff were always helpful and kind. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was odd, with toilet and shower both in enclosed closet-like rooms, each with it's own door. A more open feeling bathroom would work better and be a better fit with the overall design.

Beautiful hotel; however, there’s no privacy at all for showers and toilet in the double bed rooms. As you can see in the pictures, the shower is literally behind the tv (with no wall to give privacy) and there is no place to change or place clothes or towels in the shower other than the hook outside (placed right there behind the tv). If you share your room with your significant other it should be ok; however double rooms are probably meant to be shared with friends or family members so you’d expect to at least have some privacy to change or remove clothes before the shower.Service was great 4 out of 5 nights I was there. Only during one night we were not given towels/robes/tea bags/water; but it was solved after calling the reception.Internet was great and the view from the balcony is superb.
