Very comfy but fan didn't work correctly it was more like a apartment.Also the elevator sounded like it was about to Breck when me and my family were inside it but they said that it was normal !

Vá a outro lugar que se preocupe com seus clientes. Nossa única opção era mudar para um quarto inferior ao que reservamos. Eles até cobraram US $ 20 do meu cartão para creditar US $ 20, FOOLERY! First of all the toilet was broken. There were no towels in the room. The telephones did not work in the room and there were 2 of them. Don't stay at this God forsaken place ever!! Go somewhere else that cares about its clients. Our only option was to move to a room that was subpar from what we booked. They even charged my card $20 to credit it $20, FOOLERY! I called twice to speak with Manager Heather and she was conveniently unavailable. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!

Absolutely wonderful motel with a very clean pool, I'll write it a 4.9 because the hot tub needs scrubbed out even though it was warm it still needs some scrubbing looks pretty disgusting but the pool was spotless Services fabulous and even made it some eggs in the morning when they were shutting down a little bit early so that was nice we had a great experience

Room was nice but the lady at the front desk couldn't have acted more rude to me in the morning when I asked about breakfast at 845 am. They close breakfast at 8 am even though the night clerk told me 9 am. Do people not sleep in a little when traveling and are exhausted?!?!?

I can't tell you much the staff did an excellent job. Casey the general manager went out of way to help me. I was evacuating from Hurricane Laura and wanted to check in early. She took care of that for me and also found me a room for an extra night that I needed. Another employee suggested a place to go eat while I was waiting to get my room cleaned. It was excellent food. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Been staying here for three days now; gonna stay here a week and it’s surprisingly very good!! The bed is comfy, the breakfast is very good! My kids loved it. The lady in the front desk saw that I have two little ones and told me about things I can do with them around town, she was very nice. Overall great experience m, would definitely recommend
