Este lugar era limpo, os quartos eram enormes e muito confortáveis, a equipe foi incrível e muito útil! Definitivamente ficaremos aqui de agora em diante!

Não vá aqui eles são criminosos muito un americano eles me cobraram duas vezes em dinheiro e escaneou meu cartão quando eu disse ao gerente que ele disse está pendente, mas minha empresa de cartão disse que eles fizeram e eles não querem retornar meu dinheiro agora eu tenho que processá-los então uma vez que meus advogados acabarem, espero que todos possam ver quão rudes e criminosos eles realmente são

Reserva online para um quarto hoje à noite, uma vez que não temos energia, chegue ao hotel às 15h para check-in e há uma nota na porta que eles não estão aceitando ninguém. O estacionamento estava vazio. Eles tinham poder. Que perda total de espaço e energia, quando casas residenciais seriam mais adequadas. Eu daria 0 estrelas se pudesse. Obrigado por rejeitar uma mulher grávida, seu marido e dois filhos pequenos cuja casa está 47 graus 🤬

Booked online for a room tonight since we don't have power, get to the hotel at 3pm for check-in and there is a note on the door that they are not accepting anyone. The parking lot was empty. They had power. What a total waste of space and power, when residential homes would be better suited. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Thanks for turning away a pregnant woman, her husband and two small children whose home is 47 degrees 🤬

Lugar agradável com todas as comodidades disponíveis a uma curta distância. Eles precisam terminar a decoração dos quartos. Nice place with every amenity available within walking distance. They do need to finish out the decor of the rooms. No baseboards in main room and bathroom baseboards were not finished. Otherwise the room was spacious, comfortable, and up to the standards of Best Western we have become accustomed.

For Thanksgiving we stayed here for the first time. It was the closest motel to our children. We drive from east Texas. We reserved a room for one night for Thanksgiving and requested a downstairs room, handicapped, close to the lobby so my husband wouldn't have to walk that far and a king size bed and reserved it with my credit card. Well when we arrived, Thanksgiving day, I went into the motel's lobby to get my key and the gentleman gave me the key and informed me that our room was upstairs but they had a elevator. So here we go with all our stuff and find out the room was all the way down to the end of the hall. Then the toilet in our room would overflow when you flushed it. We called the front desk and they came up with a plunger. And then we checked out.
Then decided to try the hotel again for Christmas so I called and reserved a room and asked again for a handicapped room, bottom floor, king size bed, close to lobby. Well again when I arrived, I asked for our room and she told me it was the one that was on the bottom floor, but all the way at the end of the hall. We had to park down by the dumpsters and go in the side door around the back of the building. It was not well lit or handicapped accessible. Our key didn't work and had to stand there and make 2 more attempts to get in. The clerk that night was kind enough to help us load a luggage cart with our stuff and take it down to our room so she was there to help us unlock the door. I was thankful for her help, but that wasn't the point. I had requested 2 times to be placed in a handicapped room on the bottom floor with close access to the lobby. That's all I wanted! I'm not sure that we will be back. I dont like to be assured that we would have a reserved room and then get there and be treated like this. I could say more about the unaccessable handicapped room, but hopefully I got my point across. 😒😾

I went to pick up niece from out of town. Staff greeded me and were polite and informative. I went to her room and was impressed. There were small amenities, ie coffee maker, microwave, and little goodies, along with large tv and a very comfortable bed as I sat and waited for niece to pack up belongings. I recommend it to others.

Room was comfortable. Staff was good, even remembered my name. Price was average for area hotels. Morning coffee service and sack breakfast (due to Covid) was decent. Overall nice stay.

I love staying here it was very clean and the staff was very nice I would stay here again if I need to There was only one thing we didn't like about the hotel was that you all need to put better mattress in the pull out beds my daughter sleep in one and she said it was very uncomfortable and she could feel the springs in the mattress.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a good price for a one night stay, conveniently located in the area where we were to attend a graduation ceremony. Delicious breakfast! I can't think of anything. It lived up to it's star rating, and I was pleased.

Don't go here they are criminals very un American they charged metwice cash and scanned my card when I told the manager he said its pending but my card company said they did and they dont want to return my money now I got to sue them so once my lawyers are done hopefully everyone can see how rude and criminals they really are
