Set in the small fishing town of Oban Corran House Hostel is made up of two buildings in a Victorian terrace with scenic views across the bay to the Isle of Kerrera and the hills of Mull. A TV is featured in all rooms at Corran. Most have private bathroom facilities and some have sea views. A spacious and fully-equipped shared kitchen is available for guests’ use with seating for 20 people. Towels are provided. A large range of malt whiskies bar meals and a big-screen TV with Sky are featured in the on-site bar which overlooks the sea. There is also a pool table and an adjacent patio area. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount when dining in the hostel's bar Markie Dans. Oban town centre is a 10-minute walk from the hostel and features the Oban Distillery and McCaig's Tower. St Columba's Cathedral is less than a 5-minute walk away. Glencruitten Golf Course is 1 mile away and is nestled among the hills of Glencruitten Estate.
