This was a delightful place to stay! We were welcomed enthusiastically. Every staff member we had interaction with was friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor space around one of the fire pits and the indoor fireplace as well.The third floor board room was a beautiful small meeting space equippedwith the technology I needed to deliver training to a client group. It was also equipped with plenty of refreshments to keep everyone awake and engaged!I would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure! ¡Este fue un lugar encantador para quedarse! Nos recibieron con entusiasmo. Todos los miembros del personal con los que interactuamos fueron amables y extremadamente serviciales. We had high hopes for this hotel being from the panhandle. I was looking forward for this stay. Unfortunately as much money as we paid I was upset at the fact that it was freezing cold an the heater would not come on. The other issue was when I went to turn off the headrestlights I was shocked not like a small current of electricity but it was pretty strong enough for me to yell and scream. The TV wasn’t working either. I didn’t want to bother the front desk for the simple fact I know what it’s like working for hotels and how it can become overwhelming at times.The stay was great up until midnight when the upstairs guest were so loud I thought they were going to fall down into our room. Not to mention the parking was an awful experience. The receptionist was amazing. The stocked fridge was nice just wish they had prices so you know what you’re buying. Overall I paid extra money so we could check out at three and my husband phone was going crazy with emails asking if we were ready to check out. I’m sure it’s an automated system that does it but it got annoying. Maybe they can fix it. I’d love to give it a second chance but I’m not sure. Everything else was fine just i don’t know if I got my 360 dollars worth. :( Tínhamos grandes esperanças de que este hotel fosse do panhandle. Eu estava ansioso por esta estadia. Absolutely delightful hotel. Had a great time in spite of the food at the Midnight Shift Grill. The only drawback was the cigarette butts in front of our door. The boardwalk needs to be kept a little tidier. The bathroom could be a little cleaner. Soap film on shower head. And the floor not mopped properly. Absolutamente encantador hotel. We would absolutely stay at the Cotton Court, again!The accommodations are amazing, the staff friendly and helpful, and we had a special treat of live music in the courtyard the evening we were there!A special shout-out to Victor, who was on break, but graciously ended his break so he could assist us with our luggage and showing us the layout of the hotel.He went above and beyond in helping us! Nós absolutamente ficaríamos no Cotton Court, novamente! My 7 month old son and I stayed here last week due to a power outage in our neighborhood. The entire atmosphere throughout this place is relaxing and fun! I really appreciate how attentive and friendly the staff was as well. Absolutely loved how nice and super clean our room was. They offer pack n plays for those with babies btw. The bed was THE comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in and never heard any distracting noise from outside from evening into the next day. Will 100% be back again and recommend! Meu filho de 7 meses e eu ficamos aqui na semana passada devido a uma queda de energia em nosso bairro. Toda a atmosfera em todo este lugar é relaxante e divertida! Eu realmente aprecio o quão atencioso e amigável a equipe foi também. Absolutamente amei o quão agradável e super limpo nosso quarto era. Eles oferecem pack n play para aqueles com bebês btw. A cama era a cama de hotel mais confortável em que já dormi e nunca ouvi nenhum barulho perturbador do lado de fora da noite para o dia seguinte. Voltarei 100% novamente e recomendo!

Not a fan.The price was acceptable for a nice Hotel with the included amenities. However, there were a couple of issues that made our visit memorable but not in a "WOW" way. First, the room was excellent, and I loved the meticulous detail for making it something different. Next, the shower was a problem. There was a precise area on the handle that would actually give like warm water at best, and that was after 5-10 minutes of working with it. I thought this was an isolated incident. But, we were there with several other guests for a high school reunion, and some of them had the exact same issue. Next, the room was not clean. There were a pair of Calvin Klein briefs in the cabinet; not sure if they were dirty or clean (I didn't check to find out). Lastly, we had to check out at 4 am to be at another location later that day. The night staff was friendly. However, there was an intoxicated individual (guest, I assumed) with them. The problem was that the man was making a spectacle, albeit funny, of himself, and you could hear the night staff laughing and talking to him all the way down the hallway. At 4 am, most people tend not to appreciate such behavior.We wished it could have been a better review, but not this time, maybe next time if we come back. These rooms are top notch! We’re a very picky family and the rooms were impeccably clean, well designed and full of amenities. The bathrooms are spacious, including the extra large walk in shower. The decor is perfect for the theming and the beds were extra soft and comfy. Pillows are to die for and there are nightstands on both sides of the bed. ¡Estas habitaciones son de primera categoría! I have a hard time writing this review… but there were roaches and also blood stains on the bedding (among other unknown stains).Let me start by saying everything else about this hotel is really great. The ambiance, experience, amenities, staff… all super awesome. They make sure to give you an experience and you feel very welcome. They gave us free beer at check in… that’s pretty cool. The manager upgraded our room to a junior suite, for free and for no reason, and that was really cool. The room was super nice, loved everything about it, EXCEPT… it seems they don’t clean the bedding well enough, as well as the couch. There were blood stains and other unknown stains on the comforter. Not just a tiny one or two, big ones and little ones. Enough to notice right away. I’m not sure how housekeeping missed that. Also the green couch in front of the bed had some white stains on it. Not sure what that would be…We also saw a roach in the hallway leading to our room. This is not a place you would ever expect to see a roach. I was very very surprised. If it weren’t for the stained bedding and couch, and then the roach sighting, I’d give this place a 5/5 hands down every time. But those problems are big problems to me.I didn’t tell management or staff about these things while we were there, mostly because we just wanted to have a good time and not cause any trouble, and we’re enjoying everything else so much. But I hope they see this review and do something about those things. The room was super nice, loved everything about it, EXCEPT… it seems they don’t clean the bedding well enough, as well as the couch. There were blood stains and other unknown stains on the comforter. Not just a tiny one or two, big ones and little ones. Enough to notice right away. I’m not sure how housekeeping missed that. Also the green couch in front of the bed had some white stains on it. Not sure what that would be… We also saw a roach in the hallway leading to our room. This is not a place you would ever expect to see a roach. I was very very surprised. If it weren’t for the stained bedding and couch, and then the roach sighting, I’d give this place a 5/5 hands down every time. But those problems are big problems to me. I didn’t tell management or staff about these things while we were there, mostly because we just wanted to have a good time and not cause any trouble, and we’re enjoying everything else so much. But I hope they see this review and do something about those things.
