Zero coisas negativas a dizer sobre este lugar! É um hotel aconchegante, limpo e confortável que serve a sua finalidade quando se hospeda na cidade. O quarto tem piso de madeira, uma casa de banho completa, ar condicionado e cama confortável. A localização é fantástica, com passeios extremamente rápidos para o Central Park, metrôs, locais de concertos, compras e muito mais. Eu também fiquei altamente impressionado com o atendente da recepção. De meus primeiros telefonemas sobre estacionamento, para o meu check-in antecipado no pedido, para o processo real de check-in e check-out, ela foi absolutamente atenciosa e amigável. Nós não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente quando visitarmos NYC.

Costumamos vir à cidade pelo menos uma vez por mês para uma escapadela rápida. Fiquei aqui antes e gostei da localização. Porém, depois de ouvir que o governador de Nova York pediu a todos para não viajarem para a cidade, liguei para cancelar minha reserva devido à epidemia do legista. Falei com o gerente ena na época e disse que estou disposto a receber um crédito para usar mais tarde. Ela não ajudou em nada. Ela disse que eu poderia cancelar a reserva, mas seria cobrada uma multa de US $ 85 Digamos que eu não voltaria nem recomendaria este hotel a ninguém. O que já aconteceu com a decência humana e a obrigação moral. Muito desanimado!

This hotel is a thief! I reserved a room with them pre COVID for a conference I was attending in NY. My reservation was included the 'free cancellation' and so I canceled as traveling was not possible at June (which was the time of my reservation). They have not refunded me back yet! and when I called to follow up they told me MONTHS ago that they cannot go back to the hotel to issue refunds and that they will get back to me once they opened up. They haven't opened up their office but they keep renting hotel rooms! What a SCAM! What a SHAME!! Be ready to lose your money if you rent a room here!

The hotel is like a family business, what is good. For sure is not a fancy place, but it has a good price, it is safe and it is at a very good location. Very close to Columbus Circle, Whole Foods Market, Central Park, subway stations and restaurants. The room has a good size, despite the old style decoration and some not practical/useful furniture. The bed is comfy and the shower worked great. I really didn't have any problem with noise despite be in the middle of Manhattan. I really could sleep very well. My room was faced to the side of the hotel. No pretty view but I don't need a pretty view. The cleaning was good, no bugs were found, no previous guests items were found. All staff were very courteous. I really don't know if the bathroom was renovated. The material quality is good (granite) but the contractor did a terrible job: holes between the stones, grout too thick, there is no finishing between the room and the bathroom floors, the ceiling appearance seems unfinished. The material is good but the colors too dark. Dark colors don't give idea of a cleaning. Dark colors in a small room seems it is smaller than it really is. The hotel style/decoration/furniture is very antique, but it looks like it was really the choice of the owners. I know that everyone has your own style, but for a hotel the things need to be in a more clean style/bright/simple. I suggest change the heavy curtains for simple blackout white blinds. Add some shelves in the closed and remove the dresser. Add a small bench to open the luggage on it. Remove the makeup table and add a simple table (the mini fridge under it) with simple chairs. The current chairs are too big to the space. These furniture changes will make the cleaning of the space easier. Other point is the heater. Too hot for me and it cannot be controlled since it is to the all building. However, it was probably cold to other room at other area of the building. I used the air conditioning to balance the temperature in my room, so more electricity consume. It would be good improve it as well to make the guests happier and be able to avoid use of air conditioning during the winter.

We usually come to the city at least once a month for a quick get away. Stayed here before and liked the location. However, after hearing that the governor of NYC asked everyone to not travel to the city, I called to cancel my booking due to the coroner epidemic. I spoke to the manager ena at the time and said I am willing to get a credit to use at a later date . She was no help at all. She said I could cancel the booking but would be charged a penalty of $85
Let’s just say I would not be returning nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone .
What ever happened to human decency and moral obligation. Very disheartened !

The Da Vinci Hotel is truly a secret of NYC and I will stay here every time I return. It's a quaint lobby, small rooms with just what you need (nothing more, nothing less), and the staff is incredibly friendly. You don't need all the extra stuff you pay for in a hotel like a gym and other unnecessary vacation amenities when you're touring a city like New York, which is why the Da Vinci is perfectly priced. There is a yummy Italian dinner downstairs with fabulous food and wine. They serve coffee and croissants and muffins each morning (wake up early for those croissants go quickly)! The location of the hotel is perfect. You're close to other bars and restaurants and are within walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza as well as Radio City Music Hall.

Calidad-precio difícilmente mejorables muy cerca de Times Square. Las habitaciones están limpias y con las comodidades suficientes para una cómoda estancia. Permiten dejar las maletas en el hall el día de checkout y hay un MacDonalds debajo del hotel que abre las 24 horas. Central Park a 5 minutos y el centro a solo 7. Volvería sin duda a alojarme allí aunque el ascensor da miedo...

La peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles... un asco.. no hacen el aseo en la habitación. En las camas hechas las sábanas para atrás y listo. Ni siquiera las sacuden. Se me ocurrió revisar en qué estado estaba el cubre colchón. Y SORPRESA un verdadero ASCO.. siglos sin limpiarse manchas de todo tipo, por más que pedía que lo limpiaran ni había resultados., bajo la cama jamás aspiraron, para qué hablar de la manager, quien está en el hotel en los horarios más insólitos.. nunca logramos comunicarnos con ella y el día que nos topamos con ella fue por qué tuvimos que dejar de hacer nuestras cosas para poder ir a las 12 del día a ver si estaba... no dio ninguna solución es más!! No quiso hablar en español.. el ascensor sin Mantencion, para tener hielo hay que ir a buscar al -1 que es un restaurante, que cierra temprano si no hay público..La habitación no tiene ninguna comodidad.. son piezas sumamente pequeñas con camas antiguas y colchones en mal estado...Realmente perdí el tiempo y Plata en este hotel.. me habían ofrecido este hotel por qué tenía desayuno.. un engaño más

Zero negative things to say about this place! It's a cozy, clean, comfortable hotel that serves its purpose when staying in the city. The room has wood floors, a full bathroom, a/c, and comfortable bed.The location is fantastic, with extremely quick walks to Central Park, subways, concert venues, shopping, and so much more. I was also highly impressed with the front desk attendant. From my first phone calls regarding parking, to my early check in request, to actual check-in and check-out process she was absolutely helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we visit NYC.

I love this place because it's a cozy simple humble hotel tucked away in the heart of NYC. Its basically a roof over your head and a place to lay your head while visiting NYC. Restaurant/bar is downstairs. Central park and Times Square are literally walking distance from the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is coffee served in paper cup and simple pastries which is inconsequential in the grand scheme of things to do in the city.

Excelente lugar en el corazon de manhathan. El servicio de quienes trabajan ahí es excelente. Tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos ingresar mas temprano ya que el día estaba feo y estábamos cansados. Muy recomendable para ir.
