Location to DFW room was absolutely disgusting, AC did not work, smell in hotel & room made us gag, ceiling falling in. Absolutely horrible

That I had one hundred dollars extra to pay for the deposit I was not aware of. Had I not had it, I wouldn't have been able to stay in the room for the night, and would've wasted -- dollars. I have yet to be reimbursed for my 100 dollar deposit. Its been 3 days. They dod not have a refrigerator in the room so the frozen groceries I bought thawed out. Ice machines did not work.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The hotel had a bad odor. The rooms (we had 2) both had bugs crawling around in the bathroom and bedroom. There was no hot water for the 4 days we were there. The hallways were filled with the smell of marijuana.

Absolutely nothing The floors were wet, there was iron burn marks on the floor. The beds were made inside out, smelled like mold. The ice makers did not work, the elevators were out of service.

There were bugs on the telephone after a 4hr stay, no refrigerator, no microwave. The bathroom door got jammed so we couldn't close it. The towels didn't look clean. I most liked checkout, even though the $100 deposit requires up to three days to be refunded. Still, I was able to drop off the key cards at the front desk and walk away without incident. The a/c temperature was frigid and hard to adjust. A large water leak happened and the place reeked! Both elevators were inoperable for a day. The internet was down for a night. My floor had no working ice machine. Hallways smelled like marijuana.

Location and price. Hotel staff were very nice and housekeepers were very accomodating. Bed worn out;bedspread old & looked dirty. Carpet damp & german cockroaches in bathroom. The "features" on their website are false. The pool not heated. No breakfast served. No restaraunt. Shuttle only goes to airport. Could not cancel.

Maybe that it didn't smell. And that it's design gave the impression it would have been an amazing hotel once upon a time. In order of discovery:No amenities listed really exist.Dried vomit outside the neighbors doThe bathroom light and 1 table lamp worked. Only 1 outlet worked. No tub plug for baths. No hot water. (Luke warm) Mold under soap dish. Mold markes above the bed.

Nothing I like in the hotel. It's an old room with dirty mattresses and an old blanket.dust all over the place. The broken water faucet. The entrance to the room produces annoying sounds. When you open it, rates in the room, feel likie inside the cowshed. It's a bad model for hotels.
