Si vas a la CDMX de compras o de visita, este hotel te conviene, sus precios son muy accesibles, sus habitaciones limpias y un trato muy amable del personal, su ubicación es muy conveniente ya que esta a pocas cuadras del centro histórico y delas tiendas del centro, prácticamente te desplazas a pie a muchos sitios de interés, esta a unos pasos de uno de los paseos más emblemáticos de la ciudad que es la plaza Garibaldi, que es una visita obligada cuando vas a la ciudad de México,Recomendable.

Hotel is in a very sketchy area. Many homeless out front day and night. The lobby floor is the only updated part of the hotel. Super noisy all day and at night you can hear just about every door open/close and every conversation through the walls. They only provide 1 towel per guest. Would never stay there again.

Very good location close to Plazza Garibaldi or Zocalo. Hotel is realy clean unfortunately our room was very loudy (during a night there was sounds like of some machine which works 20 minutes every hour). At last breakfast was really tragedy I would recommend take a breakfast in Sanborn's.

Service was great, location is great. A couple of gripes only, the rooms are strange in configuration and quite small. The is almost no insulation for noise, even conversation in low volume can be heard a well as footsteps in the hallways and the doors shutting in other rooms. Made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Beds are a little on the harder side.

Great place to stay, near Bellas Artes and Garibaldi. Food is great and prices are reasonable at the restaurant that this hotel has.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's close to the historical centre, eatery places in Plaza Garibaldi as well as the Subway station.The room was with a ceiling fan - no air-conditioning. However, it was pleasant, not too hot or cold. The bed quality wasn't great, just okay.The windows were left open in the room as well as one in the toilet, and I saw mosquitos flying around. The room without soundproofed, and I could hear footsteps outside the corridor as well as from the staircase.The reception staff spoke excellent English, and helpful. However, with them losing our record in the hotel and claimed that we didn't check in, it had messed up their good score with us.Only after providing them with the credit card statement, they admitted it's their mistake.

Price is right, staff are very friendly, location is great. It’s minor setbacks are that it is quite noisy if your room overlooks the street (bring earplugs), there is no A/C (overhead fan instead) and the restaurant can be easily overwhelmed. However, this is still an excellent choice for the budget traveler.

The location is great, right next to the Belle Arts metro station. The staff are super friendly. However, they keep forgetting that we are 4 in the room, so the room is only stocked with two sets of towels, two sets of amenities, two glasses, etc. At first, we asked for extra, but after the first couple times, it becomes a hassle to do this every day over a long stay.
