Felt pretty unsafe by having to ring the bell and wait for someone to manually open the door meanwhile the area does not allows for that type of luxury.
Once I arrived, my reservation through hotels.com hadn’t gone through and the lady wanted me to pay her for the early CheckIn even though I want going to stay with them. It got pretty ugly when the lady asked my to leave, even though I said I had called a taxi already and should arrive soon, she just did not wanted me to enjoy the air in the lobby if I wasn’t paying her the early checking as a non-guest of the hotel. It was pretty funny but don’t want anyone else to go through the same.
