Staff are nice, room is clean, price is good, big free parking lot behind the building, 8 min walk to Les Gresillions train station. Only the owner refused turn temperature higher. Couple room customer complaint room is cold they wouldn't do anything. stayed for 3 nights. thermostats said 28'C and feel like 18'C they would not do anything only say working, l ask them can l have another blanket keep my body warm, they said don't have. My room Hair dryers only work for 10 sec and turn off. Talked to Staff give me another hair dryer better new hair dryer only can turn on for 3 min and off by them self wouldn't turn on until 10 min later.

WORST HOTEL EVER! We were told that we could check in at 10am, when we arrived there we had to wait until 2pm!! When we came back at 2pm we still had to wait before we could get into our room. They made us wait on purpose and were very rude. They promise everything and then want money for ‘additional services’. Please don’t go here. This is the worst hotel we have ever been. The rooms are tiny and the closet was broken. No locker or minibar or kettle. The hotel staff is racist and the hotel is nothing like the pictures. DON’T STAY HERE!

Room was very clean and spacious!! Good location to be abit further from all the business. 8 minute walk to the train station.
Great kebab shop close by. Friendly reception staff 🙌

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was easy to find & only a 5 min walk to Les Gresillions train station so handy for commuting in.
A 5 min walk from Quartz shopping centre, restaurants, supermarket, bakery.
A great base.
Room was clean, good size, good shower, good value for money & I would stay again if in Paris.
We paid extra for breakfast but only attempted it on the 1st day, it wasn't a great selection, a few mini pastries, a couple of yogurts, coffee machine, juice, a random pot of mix & match cutlery, it just felt a bit thrown together, but there is a great bakery just minutes away that did lovely pastries & coffee.

Had very nice stay, breakfast provided was good and had tasty french croissant. Easy check-in and check out with daily cleaning of rooms. Easy to catch public transport as bus stop was about 5mins walk and train station like 10mins away by walk. City tax needs to be paid on site. Staff was friendly and was speaking English.
Please carry water bottles, as inhouse bottles are expensive and there is store nearby (towards railway station), where u can buy 1.5L water bottle for 50c.
