Ele tem um shopping center bem em frente ao hotel.O hotel tem excelentes instalações modernas e limpas.Possui academia, restaurante, estacionamento, wi-fi, business center, room service 24 horas, etc.Os quartos são amplos e limpos, possuem Wi-Fi, banheiro completo, poltrona, mesa de trabalho, cafeteira, cofre, ferro de passar roupas, TV LCD a cabo.O buffet de café da manhã custa 200 pesos, mas é delicioso.As taxas noturnas médias são de $ 1300 pesosSem dúvida um excelente hotel para ficar em San Cristobal se você não quer ficar no centro.

Eu não gostei do hotel ... e eu fiquei em muitas festas pousada ... Não tem elevador ... tivemos que subir carregando malas e compras ... cheirava úmido nosso quarto ... eles têm todos os meses vendendo Liverpool lá dentro ... o barulho externo do Liverpool é intolerável ... para ir ao centro você tem que pegar um táxi ... Eu não voltaria ...

Tive sorte de que no dia em que cheguei, tudo era salgado que o ovo com bacon, feijão e quesadillas fossem salgados. É uma pena, porque eu comi em outros hotéis Fiesta Inn e é a primeira vez que isso acontece comigo. Mas o lugar é agradável, e há outras coisas altamente recomendadas para comer.

Tuve la suerte que el día que vine, todo estaba salado que el huevo con tocino, los frijoles y las quesadillas estuvieran saladas. Es una pena, porque he comido en otros hoteles Fiesta Inn y es la primera vez que me pasa. Pero el lugar es bonito, y hay otras cosas muy recomendables para comer.

No tiene elevador...teníamos que subir cargando maletas y compras...olía a humedad nuestro cuarto... tienen cada mes venta de Liverpool ahi dentro...el ruido externo de los de Liverpool es intolerable... para ir al centro hay que tomar taxi... No regresaría...

One of the best places to stay for a social event at Miraval Garden. There is a good buffet service every morning since 6 a.m. All rooms have heater and vent only. There is no cool air conditioner (you won't need it). Rooms are comfty, you should probably take one in the second building in front reception (not main building). On the other hand it is a little far from downtown, so you will have to spend some money on taxi cabs. Eventhough, it is not a good idea to bring your car to San Cristobal, most of places are very crowded and there is a lot of traffic at downtown with limited parking places. Enjoy San Cristobal, one of my favorite places in Chiapas.

Hotel is located right off a Main Street and you can hear all the traffic passing by; for you're staying on the second floor you can also conveniently hear all the sound from the gym. We arrived on the 26th of December, San Cristóbal is pretty cold in the winter with temperatures dropping in the 40's at night, our first night in we slept with the window open all night because housekeeping or maintenance failed to close it in the morning after using it for ventilation. We hadn't noticed it was open because of the curtains blocking the view, in the morning when I walked out I promptly walked back into reception and asked them to please close the window. When I got back that night from sightseeing the window remained open, had to call again for them to do something so simple. Two days later woke up at 8 am to shower but there was absolutely no water in the entire hotel, I called family members in different rooms to corroborate I called to reception and they told me the problem would be fixed in 10 minutes. It's been 2 hours and still no water, after an hour of waiting they finally informed me that they weren't ready for the over capacity and they had to fix some pipes. Would've greatly appreciated if they had just told me since the beginning that it would take a couple of hours instead of telling me first 10 minutes then 20 then 30. I've stayed in a wide variety of hotels around the world, including hostels and have never had such a bad experience. If all the hotels in the city weren't at full capacity I would've checked out this morning.

El hotel fiesta inn de san cristobal de las casas esta ubicado alrededor de 5 minutos en taxi del centro de la ciudad el taxi cobra 25 pesos. Tiene una plaza comercial justo enfrente del hotel.El hotel cuenta con excelentes instalaciones modernas y limpias.Cuenta con gimnasio, restaurante, estacionamiento, wifi,centro de negocios, roomie service las 24 horas etc...Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias cuentan con wifi,baño completo, sillón, mesa de trabajo, cafetera, caja de seguridad, plancha de ropa, tv lcd con cable.El desayuno buffet cuesta 200 pesos pero es delicioso.Las tarifas promedio por noche es de $1300 pesosSin duda un excelente hotel para alojarse en san cristobal si no quieres quedarte en el centro.

This is an honest review base on the price of the hotel. Location is pretty good, very accessible to the main plaza. The rooms are not clean and impeccable, also the carpet look pretty worn, old and dirty. The service could be better for the level of that hotel. The service is pretty good but could be better. As I explain before you expect a high level for that category of hotel.
