Muito bom!!!! Pouco mais de 30€ por um quarto para duas pessoas - super limpo, muito bem localizado, atendimento espetacular, casas de banho bem confortáveis e para surpreender mais ainda, uma máquina com 5 ou 6 variedades de café de acesso gratuito 24h e um pequeno almoço de panquecas feitas na hora e iogurtes com fruta fresca, granola e frutos secos... Não estava a espera de encontrar, acidentalmente, uma pequena jóia assim <3

Excelente calidad-precio Trato exquisito por parte de la gerente y de sus ayudantes. Buen desayuno. Limpio y céntrico. (Habitación y espacios comunes un poco fríos) Es lo único "negativo" y es fácil de solucionar!

This hostel was simply one of the best I've ever experienced! My stay was in January 2020. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful; they gave us great recommendations for places to visit and hang out at, and they even joined us! The location is also very good - in the middle of Bairro Alto, full of bars and restaurants. I'd come back to this hostel every time I visit Lisbon.

Fatal. El personal no es portugués ni habla otro idioma que no sea inglés. La casa está casi en ruinas, parece que se va a caer en cualquier momento. El desayuno muy penoso, con la mantequilla del día compartida entre huéspedes y pringosa en el medio de la mesa. Los baños compartidos sucios por el trajín, insuficientes y enanos, allí una persona "de buen año" no entra. Ruido y música por la mañana que no procede cuando hay gente durmiendo. Habitaciones desangeladas, se salvaba el colchón, la verdad muy cómodo. Lo único bueno del sitio este es la ubicación, super céntrica en el Bairro Alto. Pero a lo mejor soy yo que no estoy acostumbrada a este tipo de sitios (allí alguna gente estaba encantada).

Lo mejor la atención prestada por Alicia y su compañero, genial el sitio, Habitación Espaciosa, baños ok y desayuno como en casa, un poco ruidoso de noche sobre todo si es finde pero si vienes a Lisboa estar en el centro tiene estas cosas para mi no fue nada negativo,todo lo contrario si vuelvo Repetiré.

Pasamos dos días en el alojamiento. Cuando nos enseñaron la habitación estaba LITERALMENTE en el pasillo del primer piso. Para ir al baño había que salir al pasillo de subida de todo el edificio y después entrar en el alojamiento. Por supuesto era algo que no venía reflejado en ningún momento en la reserva que realizamos. El ruido de gente subiendo y bajando hacia imposible el descanso, y no me refiero al ruido de la calle ya que nosotros también llegábamos tarde,sino al de estar alojado en el pasillo de un edificio sin ascensor. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor. Tienen unos mini ventiladores que cuando los enciendes parece que has arrancado un helicóptero. Lo único bueno era la limpieza del baño, el desayuno que era decente (no exagerado pero aceptable) y una de las chicas que trabajaba allí que era muy agradable.

Beautiful place to spend a couple of nights in Lisbon. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they provide everything you request. The rooms are specious, clean and modern. The breakfast provided is REALLY good and the staff makes some awesome pancakes!There is also a relaxing feeling about the whole hostel, and people staying there often interact with each other! Also, for the ladies, they have hairdryers if needed in the reception!Would totally come back!

Friendly Hills was an excellent stay for me--close to many stores and restaurants, an easy walk to the metro, easy Uber pickups, and --surrounded-- by a variety of bars. Everyday during breakfast, I was able to strike up a conversation with people from different countries, so it's a great place to stay if you like meeting other travellers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during the well-stocked breakfast. It was great to converse with and get to know them, as well.The staff changes occasionally, so -your- mileage may vary. But for me, it was a great stay, and I'm glad to have met all the people I did.

Had to book one night here since a booked my other place with one day after arrival.
I was super surprised on how cozy this place is and the people working there are super friendly.
My stay was short but sweet. I would definitely use this place again if I need a short stay in Lisbon.
They even make some breakfast for you, love it!

Very noisy, couldn't sleep without earplugs. Coffee is ok, juice for breakfast is chemical, but people smiles and seem to be nice. Don't recommend if you want to have a proper sleep. Location is super central.

Small but decent and friendly backpacker/hostel. We enjoyed the breakfast into the kitchen we're you meet up with other travelers in a relaxed atmosphere.

Super clean hostel, with nice rooms. The staff are very friendly. It's is very cold during winter and they can't give you any heaters due to the old foundations of the building. Most buildings are historical heritage and can't be easily renovated.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo mejor, sin duda, el desayuno. Creo que deberían mejorar la limpieza en los baños, tal vez sea necesario limpiar el WC más de una vez al día.

Awesome hostel! Don't think I have anything bad to say about this place. The room I had was great for the money, bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean at all times. You'll be surprised by how great the breakfast is - the staff will make pancakes for you and maybe even teach you some history about your own country :DThe athmosphere is great and you can always go to the common rooms and hang out with people , they may also offer you dinner and some wine or invite you on a night out in town.+ You can print for free at the hostel.

This is not a simple hostel, but a place where to feel home. The staff is the best, they are all friendly and will make sure you'll have a great time there. Furthermore the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the position is great. I recommend that to everyone!
