The ideal place to tour the South East from, guests can enjoy country walks and lively pubs, as well as Waterford Nature Park, Fairbrook House and Gardens, gourmet food and beautiful quayside strolls in the city.  Farmstay Experience Guests are welcome to see the cows milking; this can include collecting the cows from their pasture and bringing them to the milking parlour.  The Farmer/Host Jim is there  to answer any questions guests may have or chat about agriculture in Ireland and all the regulations. Guests may also have a taste of the full raw milk for their breakfast . During the spring months guests are welcome to see the new born calves and may be lucky enough to see a calf being born.  Wellington boots and rain gear is provided if required.  Guests can also collect the fresh free range eggs for their breakfast.
