Má cobertura de wi-fi na minha extremidade do prédio. Funcionários inúteis da recepção. Eles estão de volta ao café da manhã normal, o que é bom. O centro de comida do restaurante Hummus House era muito boa comida e entrega.

Os quartos são confortáveis, mas o serviço de transporte do aeroporto anunciado não estava disponível, esta foi a única razão pela qual escolhi o hotel. Meu cartão de crédito foi recusado apesar de trabalhar em outros estabelecimentos, observei outro hóspede com o mesmo problema. A equipe da recepção não ofereceu assistência quando questionada sobre quaisquer locais próximos que oferecem teste PCR para viagens, dada a proximidade deste hotel ao aeroporto, eu teria pensado que isto estaria prontamente disponível.

Poor wifi coverage on my end of the building. Unhelpful front desk staff. They're back to regular breakfast which is good. Grub hub from Hummus House restaurant was very good food and delivery.

I had a lovely 2 day stay here and the staff was beyond professional, friendly and accommodating. Also, their complementary breakfast was filling and delicious.

Rooms are comfortable but the airport shuttle service that was advertised was not available, this was the sole reason for me selecting the hotel. My credit card was declined despite working in other establishments, I observed another guest having the same problem. The front desk staff offered no assistance when asked about any nearby places that offer PCR testing for travel, given the proximity of this hotel to the airport I would have thought that this would have been readily available.

En la recepción Natasha nos atendió muy muy bien, Felicitaciones a ella, nos hizo increíble la estancia. El estacionamiento seguro, el desayuno muy bueno, se los recomendamos por si vienen al futbol americano

Overpriced, first room we got smelled like pot, we asked for another one which was alright. Friendly staff, nice parking. The neighborhood felt very unsafe.

The hotel staff were excellent, little parts of our room (wallpaper, mouldings, fixtures, etc.) seemed a little sloppy or patched over but decent, and the area was exactly between good and sketchy but ultimately safe. I’m still standing by my 5 star rating because the staff were truly superstars and the room was very fairly priced. Tip for first timers: park on the first floor of the garage if it’s safe because there’s no access directly to the hotel other than the entrance gate near the front door of the hotel itself which is on the first floor of the garage.

Vine con toda mi familia, separamos 3 suites, fui de Paseo y cuando Volvi no me dejaban entrar al cuarto por que no estaba la que reservo, que es mi Hermana, entonces Aqui estoy 2 horas Esperando por una habitation que ya pague y que tiene mis datos ahi por que las señoritas de recepcion no son Capaces de comprobar por Ellas mismas los datos. No le recomiendo a nadie este sitio, hay hoteles con mucha mejor attention al cliente por mucho menos.

Just recently my family had an opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn Los Angeles Int'l Airport/Hawthorne. The facility and staff were great (especially the front desk manager). I would not hesitate to come back when/if I return to L.A.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I called this morning at 7:20am and it was a manger who answered the call. I asked him if i can check in early. And i had already called a day before to confirm about early check in and they told me i can call in the morning to let them know and they will be able to do it. When i spoke to the manager he was super rude. He has no customer service skills at all and should not be working there. When i was speaking to him. He was talking over me. I was so disturbed and my child was in the car as well and heard everything. I will not be coming to this hotel or any other hotels that are associate with this. I will be telling my family and friends as well. The worst customer service ever. Very rude and very disappointed. I was traumatized with this whole experience. On top of that my reservations were cancelled by the manger because i spoke up about this issue and told him i would be reaching out to corporations. No one should be getting treated like this. I hope they fix this issue so no one has to deal with this. Will not be coming back.

Muy buena atención y precio, nuestra habitación tenía olor a cigarro e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a otra que inclusive estaba mejor y más grande. Definitivamente regresaremos aquí cuando estemos en California.
