Me and my family stayed this past weekend with the hockey teams and I have to give the front desk lady Shay a huge hug from a far. She went above and beyond to help us. We needed so many things and she came up to the room about 5 times because my family is so needy but she didn’t complain and always smiled. I will recommend this hotel just because of her amazing personality and how even though it was a lot of noise and kids everywhere she still kept her smile. We thank you Ms. Shay

Eles até tinham uma bancada de cozinha designada e uma pequena pia junto com o frigobar, cuja temperatura eu poderia regular. Desejo apenas uma cortina ou parede com uma porta entre a pia do banheiro com área de armário e a área da cama para que a luz e o barulho das corujas da meia-noite ou dos madrugadores não incomodem quem está na cama. Opções fantásticas de café da manhã com carne e outras proteínas oferecidas até mesmo durante esse café da manhã embalado / horário cobiçado! Abundante e uma grande variedade de lugares para se sentar no salão principal.

Incluso tenían una encimera de cocina designada y un pequeño fregadero junto con la mini-nevera cuya temperatura podía regular. Solo deseo una cortina o una pared con una puerta entre el lavabo del baño con el área del armario y el área de la cama para que la luz y el ruido de los búhos de medianoche o los madrugadores no molesten a los que están en la cama. ¡Se ofrecen fantásticas opciones de desayuno con carne y otras proteínas incluso durante este desayuno empaquetado / covid! Numerosos y una amplia variedad de lugares para sentarse en el salón principal.

Personal muy agradable. La habitación era bonita y estaba limpia y los otros huéspedes no eran ruidosos. No hay servicio de comida que no sea el desayuno, al menos por ahora. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

They even had a designated kitchen counter and little sink along with the mini-fridge which temperature I could regulate. I just wish for a curtain or wall with a door between the bathroom sink with closet area and the bed area so that the light and noise from either midnight owls or early risers doesn't bother those in bed. Fantastic breakfast options with meat and other protein offered even during this packaged breakfast/covid time! Plentiful and a wide variety of places to sit in the main lounge.

Very pleasant staff. The room was nice and clean and the other guests were not noisy. No food service other than breakfast, at least for now. I would definitely stay here again.

Camas muito confortáveis. O quarto era muito espaçoso. Café-da-manhã embora não tinha opções e nenhuma variedade. E a piscina estava super suja com sujeira e insetos. Muito boa iluminação e configuração de TV. Também encontrei alguns bugs nas portas e janelas😳. Recomendaria ficar realmente apenas uma noite ou também, mas não muito, porque não há nada a fazer.

Beds very comfy. Room was very spacious. Breakfast though had no options and no variety. And the pool was super dirty with dirt and bugs in it. Very good lighting and TV setup though. Found some bugs by the doors and windows too😳. Would recommend staying for really just a night or too but not to long because there is nothing around it to do.

The hotel is very conveniently placed in Frisco, which is close enough to some of the major attractions such as the FC Dallas Stadium. The service of the hotel is very nice with a breakfast that's served almost like clockwork at 8am sharp. Overall good experience

Comfortable hotel located near the sports center village. Plenty of restaurants in 2 mile radius. Breakfast was good with decent options.
