Featuring luxury shops and day spas, diverse dining options, and several corporate offices, the Domain is the place to be. McKalla Stadium, home of Austin FC, is half a mile from us, and downtown attractions are 11 miles away.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the 2021 winter storm. This is a brand-new facility and we found out that they open several days earlier as planned, to accommodate guests. All staff and management were exceptionally accommodating, professional and friendly. All rooms are new and the lobby has a great ambience. But what was the most impressive is the quality and presentation of their dishes. . From the great tasting rojo salsa for your breakfast tacos, to amazing meat quality for the Burger, perfect grilled Salmon with Quinoa to their Pasta Primavera. Wow. Great job to the chef Congratulations to the F&B Manager and GM. (I do not work for Hilton or get paid for this review.)

We live in Austin and happened to find this hotel in the unprecedented Austin winter storm. They were nice enough to open up early to accommodate us. After struggling with limited food and no electricity for 3 days in the freezing cold, we were finally able to find a room and walk to the hotel. Even with limited staff and supplies they made sure we had everything and were more than comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place for their prompt service and hospitality. For anyone visiting Austin, it's at a great place at a prime location(The Domain) with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The staff is very welcoming. David, the general manager was accommodating and kind. The place is new, sparkling good and very comfortable. The food in particular was amazing. Ryan at the restaurant was prompt and made sure that we had warm food during the winter storm. We felt so homely and cozy, that we decided to extend our stay..Would definitely recommend this place!

We made reservations at this hotel because this was the closest hotel that we could drive to that was also open, had power, and had available rooms. They turned me, my 7-month-old baby, and my husband, AWAY because we had two small dogs with us. For Austin, TX to be one of the most pet friendliest cities in the world I was shocked that this hotel was not pet-friendly especially when all others are AND they were not willing to make an exception during the worse winter storms Texas has ever seen. We were going on day 3 with no power and no water in below-freezing temperatures and all they could do is say “ sorry it’s policy” they didn’t even give us options! I was willing to pay more or even pay a pet deposit!! But instead, they turned us away. Who is worried about “policies” When people are losing their lives due to driving accidents because roads are iced over, or carbon monoxide poisoning because people are in their cars trying to stay warm or even dying from hypothermia! I understand that businesses have certain policies but for them to know that families are desperate and trying to survive this storm and still say no! It just left a bad taste in my mouth.
