We had such a great time, room was wonderful and so clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. No free non keurig coffee.

Best about hotel was the swimming pool, cleanliness, helpfulness of housekeeping, and hotel staff that were friendly and informative. No down comforters on the beds, no breakfast due to COVID-19, U the offer of breakfast bags for additional cost when we would have otherwise received free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk, the only staff who seemed bothered when asked for assistance.

Location, cleanliness The first room had a horrible mildew smell but they moved us to a better room. Thin walls, noisy guests and the coffee in the lobby was not good.

The staff was nice and helpful The rooms didn't feel clean. My family had their own too And found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. There were ants in our room.

It is great hotel staff very friendly and enjoy my stay. The only two things I didn't like was the coffee they choose tasted like it went through somebody's jock strap. And the other is the bed was way to firm.

Staff tried to help with my issues. My room smelled very bad, there were no towels, and the bathroom was dirty. I didn't notice the last two until I woke up and took a shower. I brought the issues to the front desk, hoping that housekeeping would fix them while I was out but the bathroom wa
