Hotel bom. Padrão Holiday inn nos EUA. Bem localizado. Porém nota mínima vai devido o seguinte: A porta do quarto não abria de forma não esperava. O leitor magnético das chaves parou de funcionar. Trocaram os cartões, um funcionário foi tentar abrir com o cartão mestre do hotel e nada funcionou. Considere que todos os meus pertences estavam dentro do quarto.. malas e tudo. Me colocaram em um outro quarto.... passei a noite sem meus pertences... remédios... carregadores... escova de dente. Sem nada. Tudo Que pedi eles falaram que não tinham. Demoraram 18h para arrombar a porta do quarto como meu voo era no outro dia já... Quase perdi meu voo internacional. Eles foram totalmente relapsos. Informei que desde o início era necessário arrombar porque nada ia fazer a porta e eu precisava dos meus pertences. Nunca mais. Tomem cuidado.

Me desconcertó que la limpieza de las habitaciones no lo realizan todos los días. Tampoco te lo dicen al realizar el check inn. Al preguntar a la recepción mencionan que es políticas de IHG. Lo cual no se entiende porque tu pagas un hospedaje diariamente entonces si nos van a realizar la limpieza pues el pago debería ser distinto.El restaurante pocas mesas y tienes que esperar entre 10 a 15 minutos, lo que no entiendo es que tienen otra zona donde están más mesas y no se ocupan. El restaurante es desordenado y sucio. lugar donde se ubica es ideal si te interesa Time Squere y sus alrededores es ideal. Nada más

I had a wonderful two nights stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great, close to Times Square and the Empire State Building. I had a room on floor 17 on the east side away from the entrance and the street and had an incredible view of the Empire State Building. Breakfast is included and I found it to be adequate. Overall was very pleased with my stay here and would choose to stay here again.

La ubicación es excelente pero las habitaciones son pequeñas y el tapete de las habitaciones se ve sucio. La verdad es que le hace falta como una renovación al hotel, se esta quedando anticuado. El desayuno es el mismo por los tres dias que nos quedamos. No hay variedad y para desayunar el lugar es pequeño.

This hotel is both very clean, centrally located, and staffed with great people. They are always cheerful and professional. The hotel is modern and reasonably priced for people on an average budget. Our stay included a free breakfast buffet. We will return on our visits to NYC.

This place is fantastic. Great location, friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast, very affordable and most if not all the amenities you would need (ironing board/iron, hairdryer, gym, etc.) they also offer text services so all you have to do is text if you have questions or requests. I made the mistake of paying more to stay at a place that was maybe a little nicer decorated but everything else about it was worse. Will definitely be staying here for future NYC trips. Thanks for the great service!

Perfect room for the price down near Time Square. Everything is within walking distance and the staff is extremely helpful. When I got here they allowed me to check in early and the front desk made me feel welcome and told me the popular places to eat. I highly recommend staying here.
The room was very clean and although my room didn't have a great view it was quiet and exactly what I needed.

The staff at this location is absolutely AMAZING!!!! One of the people in our party accidentally cancelled our reservation, and the two ladies at the front desk, Shannon and jasmine, were the absolute SWEETEST!! They were so kind to us and helped us a great deal. It’s a rare occasion to come across individuals who are as kind hearted and really care about their customers as these two women. They were absolutely top notch. Professional and yet so so sweet!! We would definitely come back to this location thanks to the amazing staff that we were so fortunate to interact with.
