First let me say, Houston people were very friendlyand to book a room here at the Hotel Ylem, confirmed it. Checking in and out was a breeze. The front desk employees were all friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my stay of 3 days and two nights and let me say the bed huged me to sleep, it was the perfect firmness for me. The breakfast spread was a good variety and tasty! So that made us mad. I don't think it would be fair to say it was a bad stay just Uber. Bem, vou começar dizendo que a estadia geral foi ótima. Realmente me surpreendeu. A unique place to stay.Not your average everyday decor. Beds are comfy, live the concept of having the comforterfolded on the bed not draped on the bed. Jasmine at the front desk was extremely friendly and help. She went above and beyond to make our medical stay as comfortable and accommodating as she possibly could. She made the trip. The hotel (medical center - Houston) was very nice and clean from the outside premises, lobby, hallways, elevator, breakfast area to our room.Our room and bathroom was and clean. I did not notice any spots on the carpet.The beds were very comfortable.The breakfast was good and a nice selection of food.The hotel was easily accessible from the freeway.The staff was professional and nice and the hotel pics are as they are at the hotel. I will definitely consider staying here again. O hotel (centro médico - Houston) foi muito agradável e limpo das instalações externas, lobby, corredores, elevador, área de café-da-manhã para o nosso quarto. O nosso quarto e banheiro era e limpo. Não notei nenhuma mancha no tapete. As camas eram muito confortáveis. O café da manhã era bom e uma boa seleção de comida. O hotel era facilmente acessível a partir da auto-estrada. This place is fantastic! Looks like a typical hotel in the outside but the inside is so unique! Room and bathroom are gorgeous with a steamer trunk serving as a cabinet and a luggage cart serving as a closet! Illy coffee pods in the room…yum. And a gorgeous bar and lounge! I’ll stay here every time I’m in Houston. Este lugar é fantástico! Parece um hotel típico do lado de fora, mas o interior é tão único! Stayed here last October for a series of concerts I was attending in the area. Felt very safe here. Cameras and security always visible and my room was right off the stairs. Staff was always friendly and delivered whatever we needed to the door, even if we said we could take it ourselves. Everything was clean upon arrival as well. They had a breakfast, but I never got to go to it as I was too busy with other plans I had in the city. Highly recommend this place! Fiquei aqui em outubro passado para uma série de concertos que eu estava participando na área. Senti-me muito seguro aqui. Câmeras e segurança sempre visíveis e meu quarto ficava logo depois das escadas. A equipe sempre foi amigável e entregou tudo o que precisávamos na porta, mesmo se disséssemos que poderíamos levar nós mesmos. Tudo estava limpo na chegada também. Eles tomaram um café da manhã, mas eu nunca consegui ir porque estava muito ocupado com outros planos que tinha na cidade. Recomendo este lugar!

If I could give NO stars I would. After booking online for a night we went at 1:30 am to the hotel after the last experience at Holiday inn SW we said we would look at another they couldn't all be like this. OMG we got there after spending time at the Hospital booking from the hospital bed we decided not to travel anymore and look for another location we go to check-in and since it was after 12 am we couldn't book by phone online so we said we have a night tomorrow lets just go and see if they could extend and put one night for tonight. It is Saturday 1:30 AM and when we go in we are told we are not allowed to check in till after 3 pm so we say can you then charge me to get a room today or move it to today. NO, we don't do that as a matter of fact we are canceling your reservation. After that, it did not get any amount of pretty just a back and forth of pure malice from the front desk that we would not be accommodated, and good luck finding a place. After the scare hospital-wise with family, the previous Holiday inn did not allow us near the door a 4.5-hour drive into Houston and to then have the reservation canceled so that they did not want to be bothered to take our money to book a room for the night of even help. I was done and I hope this gives other people notice to be done too... Holiday inn you need to do better than this : Se eu pudesse dar nenhuma estrela eu daria. Após a reserva on-line para uma noite, fomos às 1:30 da manhã para o hotel após a última experiência no Holiday Inn SW, dissemos que veríamos outro que eles não poderiam ser todos assim. OMG, chegamos lá depois de passar um tempo no Hospital reservando da cama do hospital, decidimos não viajar mais e procurar outro local, vamos fazer o check-in e, como era depois das 12h, não podíamos reservar por telefone on-line, então dissemos nós temos uma noite amanhã vamos ver se eles podem estender e colocar uma noite para esta noite. É sábado 01:30 e quando entramos, nos dizem que não temos permissão para fazer o check-in até depois das 15:00, então dizemos que você pode me cobrar para obter um quarto hoje ou movê-lo para hoje. NÃO, não fazemos isso, na verdade estamos cancelando sua reserva. Depois disso, não conseguiu qualquer quantidade de bonito apenas um vai e vem de pura malícia da recepção que não seríamos acomodados, e boa sorte para encontrar um lugar. Após o susto no hospital com a família, o Holiday Inn anterior não nos permitiu perto da porta uma viagem de 4,5 horas em Houston e depois cancelar a reserva para que eles não quisessem se incomodar em pegar nosso dinheiro para reservar um espaço para a noite de ajuda. Eu terminei e espero que isso dê a outras pessoas aviso para ser feito também... Holiday inn você precisa fazer melhor do que isso :

Nicd place, nice staff. Quiet AC too, great stay. Be careful with the street racers on Fri / Sat / Sun. They are reckless drivers and keep an eye on your car / valuables. The hotel is nice but the locals can certainly be a pain.

Este hotel no respeta la tarifa pactada, te cobra en la tarjeta de ccredito sin tu autorizacion. La gerente jamas da la cara ni responde a las llamadas para hacer aclaraciones. En nuestra estadia tuvimos problemas que un dia no tuvimos agua caliente en las regaderas y otro dia no realizaron la limpieza de la habitacion. Si te gusta ir al hotel a descansar, piensa muy bien, no te hospedes aqui, ya que el bar esta abiertoy los borrachos se apasean hasta las 4 de la mañana por los pasillos del hotel.
