Providing spacious one and 2 room suites furnished with full kitchens and all the comforts of home this San Antonio hotel is moments from popular points of interest including SeaWorld. A short distance from the Homewood Suites San Antonio Northwest guests can discover Six Flags Fiesta amusement park the River Walk and a number of golf courses. The offices of Valero AT&T and many more are also located in the nearby area. Accommodations at the San Antonio Northwest Homewood Suites feature separate sleeping and living areas as well as free wireless internet access. Guests at the hotel will enjoy the free daily hot breakfast as well as the complimentary Welcome Home dinner reception Monday through Thursday. The on-site fitness center complete with an outdoor pool is also available to guests.

The rooms were decent size. They really need to work on their room service. We stayed 3 nights here and NOT ONCE did they clean our rooms. We asked the front desk why no one was coming in to clean and they told us in order for someone to constantly clean the rooms we needed to stay 4 nights and up. They said to just leave the towels and trash outside our door and they would come pick it up. AND we were still charged cleaning service for our stay here at homewoods. Which is absurd because in every other place we have stayed they cleaned our rooms everyday and it was cheaper than here. On check out day we were packing up to leave because our checkout was not until 12pm, the cleaning lady came into our room at 10 am to ask if we were leaving today by 12pm.... not once did they show up to our room but they decide to show up on check out to kick us out. We kept running out of towels, trash bags and toilet paper and there was no one to come bring it to us so we had to go get it. They only leave you 1 roll of toilet paper. When we needed more we called the front desk and no one was answering so we decided to just go down there.When we got there I cant remember if it was Javier or Dylan at the desk but whoever was there was flirting with some girls and I asked him if he could give us some toilet paper and he said to wait 15 minutes. As we were waiting the phone kept ringing and he was laughing with the girls completely ignoring the phone ringing. We got up angry and went to the public bathroom and took some toilet paper from there to our rooms. The cleaning service was horrible. I am not coming back, I would suggest you guys go somewhere else unless you dont mind using napkins.

O chão do quarto estava sujo, as toalhas tinham pelos, o tubo estava sujo com sabonete líquido velho ainda no chão do tubo, os utensílios de cozinha tinham sobrado sobre os ovos, era nojento. A senhora que estava servindo a comida foi rude com um cliente, dizendo "você está atrasado, não coma mais da próxima vez, chegue mais cedo" Eles precisam realmente limpar e não apenas agir como fazem.

Recursos de encanamento quebrados. Além disso, o quarto não foi atendido por limpeza adequada e as coisas não foram substituídas após o ocupante anterior. Dirty room floors, towels had hairs, tube was dirty with old body wash still on the tube floor, cooking utensils had left over eggs, it was gross. The lady serving the food was rude to a customer by saying "you're late no more food next time come early" They need to actually clean and not just act like they do.

Broken plumbing features. Also room was not serviced by house keeping properly and things were not replaced after previous occupant. Elevator was broken and had to walk from the top floor. Not wheelchair accessible. Room layout was nice and linens were clean.

Meus filhos estavam participando de uma competição esportiva no fim de semana. O primeiro quarto tinha baratas vindo de trás da geladeira. Notifiquei o pessoal e fui prontamente transferido para outra sala no mesmo andar, mas ainda encontrei o mesmo problema - baratas na cozinha! Além disso, os dois quartos ainda exibiam comida velha e restos de cabelo de hóspedes anteriores do hotel. Notifiquei a equipe do hotel novamente e foi oferecido um crédito para uma única noite de estadia. Além disso, outro hóspede do hotel tinha baratas em seu quarto em um andar diferente. Infelizmente, não tivemos a opção de mudar de hotel nem o tempo / energia para mudar de quarto novamente. Como uma pessoa com deficiência, eu literalmente não poderia suportar o desafio de outra mudança de hotel durante a estadia de 3 noites em San Antonio quando os quartos já eram escassos. Acabei comprando e aplicando meus próprios produtos químicos de controle de pragas pelas duas noites restantes que minha família teve que suportar no quarto infestado de insetos.

My kids were participating in a weekend sporting competition. 1st room had roaches coming from back of refrigerator. I notified the staff and was promptly moved to another room on the same floor, but still encountered the same problem- roaches in the kitchen! Additionally, both rooms were still displaying old food and hair remnants from previous hotel guests. I notified the hotel staff again and was offered a credit for one single night stay. Also, another hotel guest had roaches in their room on different floor. Sadly, we did not have the option to switch hotels nor the time/energy to switch rooms again. As a disabled person, I literally could not bear the challenge of another hotel change during the 3 night stay in San Antonio when rooms were already scarce. I ended up buying and applying my own pest control chemicals for the remaining two nights that my family had to endure in the bug infested room.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es ideal para estar tranquilo y tener acceso rápido al freeway para ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad, la zona tiene bastantes restaurantes y supermercados, cerca está también una agencia para alquiler de automóviles. Precios razonables de acuerdo a las estrellas. Piscina y cancha de baloncesto. Desayuno.

Absolutely great stay!!! Beautiful pool, clean grounds, super nice suite, very accommodating staff and Rosa, our housekeeper, made sure we had everything we needed. She made the stay great.

Terrible place! First time i went there, we found dog poo in the closet! They refunded out stay and we left. By the way, this happened last year in the worst time of the pandemic. Makes you wonder how well they were really cleaning rooms. Just gave them another try last weekend, they had no hot water and were refusing to give refunds to guests who wanted a warm shower after a long day. I will NEVER stay here again.

Os quartos foram bem projetados / decoradosCONTUDO:a limpeza estava em falta. O piso de ladrilhos da entrada estava cheio de migalhas de comida velha, grandes manchas rosa no carpete do quarto, sangue na porta do quarto, garagem literal debaixo da cama ao levantar babados de poeira, manchas em várias superfícies, manchas na roupa de cama.Pessoal não era nada que escrever.No geral, eu poderia reconsiderar ficar aqui novamente.

Chegamos ao nosso quarto e havia um selo na porta garantindo que o quarto estava limpo e higienizado. Na manhã seguinte, eu estava procurando nos quartos por uma placa de não perturbe e em um dos sorteios eu encontrei essa bagunça.Duvido muito que o quarto seja tão limpo e higienizado quanto dizia o selo da porta.Bem, definitivamente NÃO ficarei aqui e qualquer pessoa que decidir ficar, eu recomendo que você faça uma inspeção adequada

Got to our room and there was a seal on the door assuring that the room was clean and sanitized.The next morning i was looking around the rooms for a, do not disturb sign and in one of the draws i found this mess.I highly doubt the room is as clean and sanitized as the seal on the door said.Well definitely NOTbe staying here and anyone that does decide to stay, I'd highly recommend you do a proper inspection

Rooms were well designed/decoratedHOWEVER:the cleanliness was largely lacking. The tiled floor in the entry way was full of old food crumbs, large pink stains in bedroom carpet, blood on bedroom door, literal garage under bed upon lifting dust ruffle, smudges all over various surfaces, stains on bed linens.Staff was nothing to write home about.Overall, I might reconsider ever staying here again.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The lobby and pool area were also clean and well maintained. The Hilton employees were very friendly and helpful. I have only stayed at Hilton properties for the few times that I have traveled during the pandemic because I was confident that the rooms would be cleaned and sanitized well.

We had a good stay overall. Location is nice, right off the freeway. Lots of food around and the neighborhood is safe. This is an older Homewood, and some areas show their age. However, it was clean and most things were in order.
