El hotel muy limpio y todo bien para quedarse cuando tiene un viaje de trabajo.Pero el parking es un desastre. Minimo caben 7 carros pq la mitad del parking le pertenece al mecanico q esta al lado. Y para que un huesped mueva el carro que te esta bloquiando si es q contestan esperas mas de media hira para poder irte al momente de hacer el check out.

Teve uma estadia incrível aqui! A equipe e concierge foram muito acolhedores e prestativos. Meu quarto estava impecável e os banheiros eram tão limpos. O serviço de quarto também foi muito atencioso e solícito. Definitivamente virá aqui novamente!

Had an amazing stay here! Staff and Concierge were very welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless and bathrooms were so clean. Room service was also very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming here again!

Not bad for the price but not great! What a machine had bottles laying in back and none on the front so if you put your money in nothing will come out. There was a flyer something in the wrong but that may not be the fault of the hotel so I won't discount them. Other than that the TV sound quality is awesome the bed is fine queen size I don't think they're in king size. Everything else pretty typical and as far as the outside the worst and homeless people but it's the Bronx soooo yeah. Either way I will be back and I recommend

Excelente experiência os quartos são muito limpos o lugar é muito bem serviço de quarto é excelente eu fico aqui o tempo todo e toda vez que venho tenho um tempo maravilhoso. A equipe é amigável Ryan é um excelente jovem respeitoso serviço de recepção é ótimo. Eles têm máquinas de venda automática e micro-ondas disponíveis, não podemos esquecer que o estacionamento está sempre disponível. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este hotel.

Excelente experiencia las habitaciones están muy limpias el lugar es muy tranquilo el servicio a la habitación es excelente me alojo aquí todo el tiempo y cada vez que vengo la paso de maravilla. El personal es amable. Ryan es un excelente joven respetuoso. El servicio de recepción es excelente. Tienen máquinas expendedoras y microondas disponibles, no olvidemos que el estacionamiento está siempre disponible. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel.

Eu amo este hotel e ORE para que eles não deixem ir ladeira abaixo avançando. Boa localização, área tranquila e discreta. A uma curta distância da 149th st. onde você pode obter comida. Estava limpo e bem montado. A equipe foi gentil e prestativa. Definitivamente será meu hotel para ficar longe de agora em diante. Eles tinham dispensadores de sabão e dispensador de loção no banheiro que eu nunca vi antes e havia uma geladeira no meu quarto. Um comentário anterior disse que não havia um, mas acho que eles ainda estavam instalando-os nos quartos. Eu estava muito confortável e gostei da minha noite lá.

Me encanta este hotel y REZO para que no lo dejen ir cuesta abajo en el futuro. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila discreta. A una caminata de distancia de la calle 149. donde se puede conseguir comida. Estaba limpio y bien organizado. El personal fue amable y servicial. Definitivamente será mi hotel para una escapada corta de ahora en adelante. Tenían dispensadores de jabón y loción en el baño que nunca había visto antes y había un refrigerador en mi habitación. Una revisión anterior decía que no había uno, pero creo que todavía los estaban instalando en las habitaciones. Me sentí muy cómodo y disfruté de mi noche allí.

This is a new hidden gem nestled in the heart of The Bronx where the occasional business transfer like myself can get a clean & modern room at a reasonable price that is close to both Manhattan and the business in the blocks that I deal with in my travels.Victor, the Manager, took great care of me when I checked in late at night.On-site Parking was a blessing to me as I'm handicapped.

My friend and I booked a room less than 30 minutes before checking in for a two-day weekend trip, and the service and quality of the room was exceptional. We were pleased by the level of cleanliness and comfort we experienced. Recently remodeled restrooms and bedrooms give a modern and calming feel to the room we stayed in. Management and staff were friendly and helpful with the minor hiccups we may have encountered. The surrounding neighborhoods are very friendly and exciting to walk through. There are convenient subway stops and bike shares near the hotel that facilitate visits to Harlem and lower Manhattan.

I love this hotel and PRAY that they do not let it go downhill moving forward. Good location, low key quiet area. Walking distance to 149th st. where you can get food. Was clean and nicely put together. The staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely be my go to hotel for short get away from now on. They had soap dispensers and lotion dispenser in bathroom which I've never seen before and there was a refrigerator in my room. A previous review said there wasn't one but I think they were still installing them in rooms. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my night there.
