Se você deseja fazer uma reserva com este hotel para uma próxima viagem, procure um lugar diferente. Desde segunda-feira passada eu tinha uma reserva neste hotel. Ontem cheguei por volta das 23h e eles me informam que cancelaram minha reserva sem motivo e sem me informar. Eu tive que sair e encontrar um lugar para ficar naquele momento. Serviço terrível, além da recepção, eles me disseram que me ligaram, o que é uma mentira.

Si aspira hacer una reserva con este hotel para un viaje proximo busque un lugar diferente. Desde el pasado lunes tenía una reserva en este hotel. Ayer llegué sobre las 11 PM y me informan que me habían cancelado la reserva sin ningún motivo y sin informar. Tuve q salir a buscar dónde hospedarme a esa hora. Pésimo servicio aparte en recepción me dijeron q me habían llamado lo cual es mentira.

Terrível, propaganda enganosa, não há segurança, a pessoa na recepção é super rude, cheira mal, as paredes estão sujas, cheias de poeira, o pior hotel em que fiquei, a verdade Ayenda deixa muito a desejar com isso hotel, já estive em outros muito próximos pelo mesmo preço e não tem comparação, não recomendo.
