Era muito limpo, agradável e tranquilo. Eu daria cinco estrelas, mas não havia ninguém na porta da frente, isso levou a uma longa espera para entrar na propriedade e não pudemos usar a piscina por causa dos produtos químicos usados para limpá-la. Tirando isso, era muito agradável estar, e muito acessível, o preço também era ótimo.

It was very clean, nice and quiet. I would give it five stars but there was no one at the front door this led to a long wait to get into the property and we were unable to use the pool because of the chemicals they used to clean it. Aside from that it was very pleasant to be at, and very accessible the price was great too.

Super decepcionada em dois dias não tive oportunidade de falar com alguém na recepção .. para sair e entrar é preciso esperar alguém abrir e se estiver com pressa é um pouco frustrante .. uma noite sem água corrente, o problema foi resolvido tarde da noite .. sem geladeira no quarto e falta de água de cortesia .. este lugar tem um alto potencial, mas precisa de alguém que possa administrar melhor ..

Bom lugar para descansar depois de passar o dia todo na praia ou visitando cenotes. Boa limpeza, bom serviço. Eles só têm espaço para 5 carros dentro do hotel e 4 na estrada, mas seguros. As paredes são muito finas e você ouve tudo nos quartos contíguos ao seu, especialmente se você estiver em prata baixa, não há privacidade de som.

Buen lugar para ir a descansar después de estar todo el día en la playa o visitando cenotes. Buena limpieza, buen servicio. Tienen solo espacio para 5 autos en el interior del hotel y 4 sobre la carretera, pero seguro. Las paredes son muy delgadas y escuchas todo en las habitaciones colindantes a la tuya, sobre todo si estás en plata baja, no hay privacidad sonora.

Super disappointed in two days I never had the opportunity to speak with someone at the reception.. to exit and enter you need to wait someone to open and if you are in a hurry it's a bit frustrating.. one evening without running water, the problem was solved in the late night.. no fridge in the room and lack of complimentary water.. this place have an high potential but need to have someone who can manage better..

Bom hotel! Bom e um pouco longe, mas pelo custo vale a pena! Tenha cuidado porque eles cobram se alguma coisa do branco ficar suja ou manchada! Eles querem cobrar de você como novo por algo que eu realmente não sei se ficou sujo! A partir daí, é agradável e confortável!

Seu design !! A decoração com muita personalidade, a grande piscina semiolímpica, os quartos atrativos, impecáveis e o grande atendimento. Embora não seja no centro de Tulum, são algumas quadras para chegar lá. O hotel é recente, então está tudo bem. Eu acrescentaria o café da manhã, que parece estar chegando em breve. Muito recomendável.

Buen hotel ! Agradable y un poco lejos pero por el costo, vale mucho la pena ! Cuidado porque te cobran si se llega a ensuciar o manchar algo de los blancos! Te la quieren cobrar como nueva por algo que realmente no se si se ensucio ! De ahi en fuera, esta lindo y comodo!

Su diseño!! La decoración con bastante personalidad, la alberca semi-olimpica genial, las habitaciones atractivas, impecable y la atención estupenda. Si bien no esta dentro del centro de Tulum, te queda a unas cuadras llegar. El hotel es reciente así que todo está muy bien. Le agregaría desayuno que al parecer está próximo en hacerlo. Muy recomendable.

Rooms clean, modern and minimalist to point of being basic. Noisy 24/7 due to traffic on adjacent main road.
Bed and pillows very comfortable but no bedside tables, TV had no terrestrial channels, only subscription channels such as Amazon Prime, Netflix etc.
No fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities, although these were available at reception. When we did put food in the reception fridge for an early start breakfast it was consumed by persons unknown.
The web site does state that there is a restaurant on site but there is NOT
The pool was great, able to swim long lengths, but 6 out of 7 sun lounger are broken and uncomfortable to relax on.
Suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay, but we had booked and paid for a 10 night stay, we moved out after 4 nights.
On site staff very friendly, helpful and understanding.

O que dizer sobre este lugar que não é bom, primeiro é em um dos destinos mais bonitos do planeta, Tulum; segundo tem um estilo de decoração perfeitamente equilibrado, moderno e elegante, em suma, eu adoro isso! A qualidade de seus móveis, as camas, os lençóis, toalhas e os detalhes estéticos nos quartos me cativaram muito. Em perfeita combinação com a natureza, luz, cores, aromas texturas. Que decir sobre este lugar que no sea bueno, primero está en uno de los destinos más hermosos del planeta, Tulum; segundo tiene un estilo de decoración perfectamente equilibrado, moderno elegante, en fin, me encanta! La calidad de su mobiliario, las camas, las sabanas, toallas y los detalles estéticos en las habitaciones me cautivaron muchísimo. En perfecta combinación con la naturaleza, luz, colores, aromas texturas. El servicio y la calidez de su personal son admirables y lo más increíble de todo son sus tarifas!

Very stylish rooms and high-end details. You really get what you see in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and really trying to help when they can. My favourite receptionist was Brenda she really adds all the necessary touches to make this place earn the great level hospitality they have. She was very helpful with local authentic restaurant recommendations and her English was excellent. The rooms were really nice and clean. The little touches with music and ambience adds the fine details to make it stand out. The bed was comfortable, clean towels on the daily and a very professional room cleaning on the daily. I only wish the safe worked in our room and we had hangers or some sort of proper storage to put away our clothes or even hang to dry for the beach. Overall we were satisfied and we were able to manage. We did enjoy the pool and just relaxing there after long flight and transportation to Tulum. It was very calm, Zen and refreshing way to kick off our stay. The staff did offer us a welcome drink of cold tamarindo water which was very refreshing. There were always filtered water refilled in our room and teas/coffee available in the reception area for free during our stay. It all made our stay far more enjoyable. The staff had fresh and clean beach towels available for us for pick up at the reception which we usually picked up everyday on our way out to the beach. It seems like they didn’t have enough of those as they ran out one day and we had to wait for fresh ones which was a bit inconvenient. We managed to secure those towels at night rather than the morning so that we are heading out to the beach with confidence in the morning. The location is a bit far from town compared to other stays in the area. You definitely need a taxi, car or a bicycle to get around. The hotel offers bicycles for rent which weren’t available when we needed them. Other hotels offer bikes free as part of the stay. Also the bikes were twice the price when compared with all other vendors in town. We ended up renting bikes from town which is a short walk and used it to bike around. You need like 15 minutes to get to town, about 40 minutes to the beach and just over and hour to get to the beach hotels area by Tulum beach. Overall when I look at the level of hospitality, pricing, amenities, thoughtful touches, stylish space, cleanliness it makes up for the location of this space and makes it really a memorable stay in Tulum.

This hotel was massively affordable for the service and high quality lodging provided. The rooms are clean and have the feel of a 4 star quality hotel. The pool in the courtyard is beautiful and during our stay, we had the entire outdoor area to ourselves. The front desk receptionist was lovely, and extremely kind; she was super sweet and the level of hospitality throughout the property was excellent. I saw a humming bird the morning of my checkout, so overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend! The only con: this hotel is a distance away from downtown and there are no immediately surrounding bars in the area-bike rental at a minimum is an absolute necessity to get around. However, we strutted an 8min walk to a gorgeous nearby restaurant called “Humo,” which offers top chef quality Mexican dining, it was delicious. There’s also a grocery store about a block away for fancy essentials and beer.
