Really lovely hotel, everything there you'd need. Rooms big and spacious, could benefit from a update and a little touch up but as to be expected. Receptionist's all very helpful and friendly. Only downside I'd say is the buffet lunch/dinner could be varied from day to day. We chose our half board to be lunch so we ended up out for dinner every evening. It was was same lunch everyday, definitely needs a little change up from day to day.

This hotel was really good. The pool area was really good as the way it was positioned was that the sun would be on the sun loungers for most of the day. It also looked stunning as well. We had a few issues with our power in our room but technicians were sent straight away to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in the most perfect spot right by the beach,fountains and Hard Rock restaurant. Very relaxing stay. The beautiful blonde pianist was a pleasure to listen to at breakfast as we played name that tune! Breakfast was good lots to choose from including champagne and chocolates! There was a conference on for a few days. We had a notification through our door. It didn’t inconvenience us apart from noise of unstacking of chairs and we were a little cramped around the pool. Rooms were good and beds were big and comfortable but as per a few reviews rooms could do with updating. The sockets didn’t seem to be by mirrors and I struggled to style my hair. Not sure if there were any extractors in the bathrooms to de-mist. There was definitely a problem as the electricity kept tripping! The one lift was also broken.Also cards to enter the rooms didn’t always work. The kettle was a useful item it was free but we had to ask for one. I had taken my own tea and coffee cups after reading the reviews. We used the fridge which was free if you used your own stock.
We would definitely stay again though purely for the location but hope our feedback is taken on board as I would love to give it 5 stars next time xxx

The best inclusive breakfast I have ever had. The choice and quality were top notch. Clean, good rooms. Be aware the gym is in their sister hotel next door (connected via short walkway) and you need to pay for it.
