A senhora da frente que me registrou foi muito rude, os quartos estavam sujos e o serviço foi terrível. A senhora hispânica de óculos na recepção tentou mentir e dizer que meu convidado estava fumando no meu quarto, mas ela não estava! Meu quarto estava sujo e cheio de pêlos humanos e de animais, também minha cama tinha manchas de sangue.

The lady in the front that check me in was very rude , the rooms were dirty ,and service was terrible. The Hispanic lady with glasses at the front desk tried to lie and say my guest was smoking in my room ,but she was not! My room was dirty and filled with human and pet hair, also my bed had blood stains.

The room was decent size and it had everything working great, the bed was super comfy, hot shower, strong WiFi once in a while the TV will turn off or froze it happened often, housekeeping always brought everything you need, they do knock pretty loudly at times , the AC and heat were top, and there a laundry room, and ice machine witch is a plus for the low price, it'l felt safe and secured overall.

Fiquei 2 meses lá. Nunca atraso no pagamento. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos, exceto a senhora espanhola na recepção que usa óculos. Ela é desonesta. Ela alegou que eu quebrei a TV e menti e disse que ela consertou. Meu filho me disse que a viu verificar o quarto e não consertou nem substituiu nenhuma TV. Eu trabalho de noite e durmo de dia e sua simples reclamação, ela não queria que eu ficasse mais lá. Quando fui perguntar a ela qual era realmente o problema, ela manteve um sorriso no rosto e não explicou além de sua desonestidade. Até mesmo o homem do Oriente Médio ao lado dela sabia que ela estava sendo desonesta. Meu conselho, fique em outro lugar. Contanto que alguém pague e não quebre as regras, não importa quanto tempo eles fiquem. Mas ela usará desonestidade para despejar alguém se achar que ficou muito tempo.

Me quedé allí durante 2 meses. Nunca tarde en el pago. Todo el personal es bastante agradable, excepto la señora española en la recepción que usa anteojos. Ella es deshonesta. Afirmó que rompí el televisor y mentí y dijo que lo arregló. Mi hijo me dijo que la vio revisar la habitación y no reparó ni reemplazó ningún televisor. Trabajo durante la noche y duermo durante el día y su simple queja es que no quería que me quedara allí por más tiempo. Cuando fui a preguntarle cuál era realmente el problema, mantuvo una sonrisa en su rostro y no quiso explicar más allá de su deshonestidad. Incluso el hombre de Oriente Medio que estaba a su lado sabía que estaba siendo deshonesta. Mi consejo, alójate en otro lugar. Mientras alguien pague y no rompa las reglas, no debería importar cuánto tiempo se quede. Pero usará la deshonestidad para desalojar a alguien si siente que se quedó demasiado tiempo.

I stayed there for 2 months. Never late on payment. All of the staff is pretty nice except for the Spanish lady at the front desk who wears glasses. She is dishonest. She claimed I broke the TV and lied and said she fixed it. My son told me he saw her check the room and didn't repair nor replace any TV. I work overnight and sleep in the daytime and her simple complaint, she didn't want me to stay there any longer. When I went to ask her what the problem really was, she kept a smirk on her face and wouldn't explain past her dishonesty. Even the Middle Eastern man standing next to her knew she was being dishonest. My advice, stay somewhere else. As long as someone pays, and doesn't break rules, it shouldn't matter how long they stay. But she will use dishonesty to evict someone if she feels they stayed too long.

Thus place is absolutely abhorrent! It looks and feels like a rundown crackpots! Do not stay here!!! The sheets are dirty, cigarette stains on all cabinets, in a non smoking room. The people staying here are addicts and asked me for money! This place is deplorable!!! Don't stay here!!!

A equipe é pouco profissional, NÃO 1 fala inglês, o serviço de limpeza entra em seu quarto depois de você deixar claro como o vidro que NÃO deseja ter os serviços. TODOS OS DIAS eu tinha que solicitar um novo cartão b / c não iria t funcionar, apenas no geral uma experiência ruim. O estacionamento vai rasgar o fundo do seu carro, apenas quartos DESGRAZADOS e ambiente, se você puder pagar um pouco mais: faça isso, vá para outro lugar .. Este lugar deve ser fechado .. CONFIE EM MIM, você tem 10 minutos para solicitar um reembolso, em 1 minuto você estará correndo para a porta.

O pessoal de limpeza é ladrão, eles roubam seus pertences e depois se escondem, os quartos são muito sujos, eles não limpam nada, há manchas e marcas de derrapagem e outros fluidos, baratas em todos os lugares grandes e pequenos. É tão sombrio a cada hora há pelo menos 1 pessoa tentando abrir sua porta para ver se ela está destrancada, as fechaduras são terríveis e não funcionam e se funcionam, o cartão não funciona para destrancá-la. Os banheiros são péssimos para dar descarga e os “residentes” que lá vivem são muito desrespeitosos e usam drogas de vez em quando. Eu não recomendo este lugar para ninguém em todas as suas horríveis

The cleaning staff are thieves they will steal your belongings and then hide, the rooms are very dirty they do not clean at all theres stains and skid marks and other fluids, roaches everywhere big and small. Its so shady every hr theres atleast 1 person trying to open your door to see if its unlocked, the locks are terrible and dont work and if they do the card doesnt work to unlock it. The toilets are terrible at flushing and the “residents” living there are very disrespectful and do drugs occasionally. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all its horrific

La peor experiencia que he tenido mala atención y muy sucio, había muchas cucarachas y las sábanas tenían sangre fue mi primera vez y nunca vuelvo a Houston ya que mi experiencia fue tan desagradable, además aún sigo esperando me devuelvan el depósito que me cobraron de 50 dólares y eso fue en septiembre día 28_9_2021

Relocation to Houston & found this roach-tel to be the cheapest; after staying for 2 weeks, I know why. Staff is very unprofessional, NOT 1 speaks English, housekeeping comes into your room after you have made it as clear as glass that you do NOT wish to have the services.. EVERY DAY I had to request a new card b/c it wouldn't work, just overall a bad experience. Parking lot will tear up the bottom of your car, just NASTY rooms & environment, if you can afford to pay just a tad more: do so, go elsewhere.. This place should be shut down.. TRUST ME, you have 10 mins to request a refund, in 1 minute you'll be running for the door.

Muitos comentários ruins, mas eu já estive em lugares piores. O quarto era limpo e tudo funcionou bem. A janela da recepção é fechada e você tem que usar a janela noturna, e eles têm máquinas de venda automática de bebidas e lanches, máquina de gelo e máquina de lavar. A equipe não é tão amigável, mas, no geral, foi uma estadia OK

Lots of bad reviews but I've been at worse places. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The front office window is closed you you have to use the night window, and they have vending machines for drinks and snacks, ice machine, and laundry machines. The staff isn't so friendly but overall, it was an OK stay

I checked into my room and found this DEAD ROACH on my pillow! I was on the property all of 10 minutes. This isn’t a safe place for families or anyone really. I’ve been trying to get my refund from my stay and the company has yet to refund me ! The manager won’t pick up to respond back to me. I wouldn’t suggest staying here . You’re better off at motel 6.

As these pictures will show the place was cockroach-infested filthy dirty and Cockroach infested I paid for a week but absolutely couldn't stay in that filth I was told by the management that I would receive a refund after only staying one night and that did not happen in fact they've kept the deposit and the weekly the week rent though they said they would refund

The room was clean. Very simple, a fair price for what you get. The shower was okay, water preassure was kinda weak and the shower head had the water come out like it was a funny firehose. Got the job done though. Friendly staff. Adequate security, given the neighborhood. I wouldn't mind staying here again if I were in the area.
