I FOUND BUGS IN MY BED.
What a horrible expierance this was! I will never I consider anyone to stay at this hotel! The hotel rooms are very dirty. I complained about this situation, the hotel Managers are sucks! I have pay for a full night for bugs in my bed and a dusty desk! I am discussed during the COVID 19 time hygiene is highly important. I am leaving NOW

El hotel se podría decir que es casi un 4 estrellas. Instalaciones modernas, habitación grande y con todo tipo de comodidades. Si no fuera por la limpieza (regular, tirando a mala) y por algunos pequeños detalles, sería perfecta. El personal es correcto, poco más. La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, lejos del centro, pero muy cerca de la parada "Bullewijk" del Metro. La zona es tranquila, se nota que está en proceso de construcción.Muy recomendable calidad/precio. Estamos hablando de Amsterdam.

I will give this 5 stars as opposed to my original review which was one star. We got a dirty room but this was quickly changed upon notifying the management. They also gave us free parking. No hassles.

The rooms and staff are very nice. For the price, the quality is astounding. The only problem is the location as it is a little but out of the way although that isn't too big of an issue as there is a metro station that goes directly into the city right next to the hotel.

Booking ID: 28942787 Had a wonderful stay during christmas 2019. Very cozy, clean & friendly staff with amazing customer service. 5 min to metro and 10 min to city center. Highly recommended! Will be back.

Staff were faultless. We managed to break the coffee machine late at night and were allowed into the restaurant for unlimited hot drinks until it could be fixed the next day. Our taxi didn’t turn up so they rang us a new one, explained the urgency and had it there within minutes. Room modern, huge and spotless! I’ve stayed in some nice hotels and this was one of the best!

Hotel Levell is very close to the metro (i.e. 5 minutes on foot) and 15 minutes away from the center of Amsterdam. The rooms are very nice, clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. The 3 bedroom room that we booked was spacious and we had also the option to have breakfast. For those who don't want hotel's breakfast, there is always the option of a small restaurant that is right opposite the hotel and has excellent breakfast. The prices at the hotel are normal in comparison to the rest hotels in Amsterdam and I would say that hotel Levell is an excellent choice.

Un buen hotel y barato. La pena es que tienes que coger el metro para ir hasta el centro, la línea m54. En esa zona no hay parking gratuito, si quieres aparcar debes pagar parking a 15€ la hora. Por lo demás genial, sitio limpio y tranquilo. Tienen hasta dos tipos de papel para que elijas.
