Paramos por uma noite no caminho de volta da Croácia. O hotel parece bem localizado, e assim que chegamos notamos que tudo está escrito em alemão... Sem esforço para traduzir para francês ou mesmo inglês, na recepção, no quarto ou em qualquer informação em papel. Muito ruim para um hotel perto da fronteira.O quarto é pequeno para duas pessoas e o banheiro é uma caixa pré-fabricada semelhante ao que pode ser encontrado em um hospital!No café da manhã, a escolha é limitada, mas a comida é de alta qualidade. Pena que o chocolate quente é extra dado o preço da estadia.Voltamos à estrada rapidamente, muito decepcionados com os diferentes hotéis que visitamos durante as férias.

Ningún esfuerzo para traducir al francés o incluso al inglés, en la recepción, en la habitación o en cualquier información en papel. Lástima para un hotel cerca de la frontera.¡El dormitorio es pequeño para dos personas y el baño es una caja prefabricada similar a la que se puede encontrar en un hospital!En el desayuno, la elección es limitada pero la comida es de alta calidad. Lástima que el chocolate caliente es extra dado el precio de la estancia.Volvimos a la carretera rápidamente, muy decepcionados con los diferentes hoteles que visitamos durante las vacaciones.

We stopped for one night on our way back from Croatia. The hotel seems well located, and as soon as we arrive we notice that everything is written in German... No effort to translate into French or even English, at reception, in the room or on any paper information. Too bad for a hotel close to the border.The bedroom is small for two people and the shower room is a prefabricated box similar to what can be found in a hospital!At breakfast, the choice is limited but the food is of high quality. Eu tive um EZ. Limpo, mas muito pequeno. Árvores altas ao lado da janela. Portanto, pouca luz. A recepção e a sala de café da manhã ficavam do outro lado da rua, em outro prédio. O buffet de pequeno-almoço era muito bom. Foi o único. Eu não vou ficar lá novamente. O fator sentir-se bem está faltando.

Eu estava reservado neste hotel para um evento profissional. Check-in foi através do Hotel Luisenpark em frente. Foi-me dado um quarto acessível. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Mas é isso aí. Os quartos não possuem ar condicionado. Eu gosto de fresco quando eu durmo. Com máximas diárias de 33 graus, o sono restaurador estava fora de questão. O banheiro não tem janela nem ventilação adequada. Para que tudo seque bem após o banho, você teria que deixar a porta aberta, o que tornaria o ar do quarto ainda mais insuportável. Na área de dormir, bem como no banheiro, o mobiliário era limitado ao absolutamente necessário. Com a melhor vontade do mundo, não se pode falar de “mobiliário amoroso”. Além disso, os quartos eram muito barulhentos. Se alguém no andar acima de mim atravessasse a sala, eu podia ouvir cada passo. Estou feliz que eu "só" tive que passar quatro noites no hotel. Eu nunca me voluntariaria lá.

Me reservaron en este hotel para un evento profesional. El registro fue a través del Hotel Luisenpark al otro lado de la calle. Me dieron una habitación accesible. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Pero eso es todo. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Me gusta que esté fresco cuando duermo. Con máximas diarias de 33 grados, el sueño reparador estaba fuera de cuestión. El baño no tiene ventana ni ventilación adecuada. Para que todo se seque correctamente después de la ducha, habría que dejar la puerta abierta, lo que haría aún más insoportable el aire de la habitación. Tanto en la zona de noche como en el baño, el mobiliario se limitó a lo estrictamente necesario. Con la mejor voluntad del mundo, no se puede hablar de “amueblar con amor”. Además, las habitaciones eran muy ruidosas. Si alguien en el piso de arriba cruzara la habitación, podría escuchar cada paso. Me alegro de que "solo" tuve que pasar cuatro noches en el hotel. Yo nunca sería voluntario allí.

Yo tenía un EZ. Limpio pero muy pequeño. Árboles altos junto a la ventana. Por lo tanto poca luz. La recepción y la sala de desayunos estaban al otro lado de la calle, en otro edificio. El bufé del desayuno fue muy bueno. Era el único. No me quedaré allí de nuevo. Falta el factor de sentirse bien.

I was booked into this hotel for a professional event. Check-in was via the Hotel Luisenpark across the street. I was given an accessible room. The room was spacious and clean. But that's about it. The rooms do not have air conditioning. I like it cool when I sleep. With daily highs of 33 degrees, restorative sleep was out of the question. The bathroom has neither a window nor proper ventilation. So that everything dries properly after the shower, you would have to leave the door open, which would make the air in the room even more unbearable. In the sleeping area as well as in the bathroom, the furnishing was limited to the absolutely necessary. With the best will in the world, one cannot speak of “loving furnishing”. In addition, the rooms were very noisy. If someone on the floor above me even walked across the room, I could hear every step. I'm glad that I "only" had to spend four nights in the hotel. I would never volunteer there.

I had an EZ. Clean but very small. Tall trees right by the window. Therefore little light. The reception and breakfast room were across the street in another building. The breakfast buffet was very good. Was the only one. I will not stay there again. The feel-good factor is missing.

O hotel inaugurado em 1889 tem um belo estilo arquitectónico e os quartos foram recentemente remodelados, com elevador. Os quartos com varanda virada para a rua são um pouco barulhentos durante o dia, mas à noite é tranquilo.

Ótimo ambiente. Ótimo buffet com muitas opções. Serviço agradável e próximo. EZ pequeno Chuveiro muito pequeno. Não é adequado para o excesso de peso.

Ficar na casa de hóspedes do hotel com dois filhos sem filhos foi muito agradável. O café da manhã foi (devido a acontecimentos recentes) no Hotel Luisenpark, onde também ocorreu o check-in. A equipe foi muito agradável ea localização no Kurpark (que está sendo redesenhado) foi muito bom.

Alojarse en la casa de huéspedes del hotel con dos niños sin niños fue muy agradable. El desayuno fue (debido a eventos recientes) en el Hotel Luisenpark, donde también se realizó el check-in. El personal era muy agradable y la ubicación en el Kurpark (que está siendo rediseñado) era realmente agradable.

Staying in the hotel's guest house with two no children was very pleasant. Breakfast was (due to recent events) at the Hotel Luisenpark, where check-in also took place. The staff was very nice and the location in the Kurpark (which is being redesigned) was really nice.

We arrived without a reservation, but found a room in the funny looking original building across the road from the reception. The building was charming, and the rooms quiet (except when other guest left their rooms in the morning). Had the weather been a bit warmer, we would have taken the chance to enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace. The breakfast area also was inviting, and the buffet offered a good spread of traditional German breakfast (i.e. mostly bread, jams, and cold cuts). Parking is free and plenty. Some smaller issues including the very soft bed, the lack of shelf space in the bathroom, and the weak WiFi reception at the end of the hallway. More importantly, the receptionist had quoted us a slightly lower price on arrival than we had to pay in the end (7 euros difference, and the city's hotel tax wasn't mentioned either). Overall, though, we liked the place enough to consider coming back another time!

Strange mix of a vintage villa, a concrete bunker and guesthouse further down the road. But a more than decent, large room and a good breakfast (in a dungeon) made up for the downsides.
