Muito bom novo hotel perto da estação de ônibus. Curta caminhada até o centro da cidade. Área razoavelmente segura (segura ... dependendo de quão louco de lugares você tenha sido). A equipe é bom, sem inglês, sempre tem café feito. Sem café da manhã ou área de cozinha. Nós mudamos os quartos porque estávamos à direita pelos passos eo quarto era um pouco barulhento, eles não fizeram nenhuma confusão. Os ralos do chuveiro não drenam bem, já que é um prédio antigo e o encanamento é sempre um problema na área. Ótimo local. Ficou algumas vezes.

Já fui cliente em várias ocasiões, tanto a nível pessoal como a trabalho, reportando também ao meu escritório. Hoje me deparei com a desagradável notícia de que tive que esperar muito tempo pelo café da manhã, tão fundamental que é e ainda mais quando se está para trabalhar. Além disso, há uma má gestão com a situação da recepção do hotel e do restaurante. Deixo com um gosto ruim e queria colocar a opinião para que eles façam algo a respeito. O restaurante com esta nova gestão é muito pobre. Imagine que não há nada tão básico quanto o café preto. Serviço de restaurante fatal.

He sido cliente en varias ocasiones, tanto personal como por el trabajo, mismo que reportar también a mi oficina.El día de hoy me encontré con la desagradable noticia que tenía que esperar mucho tiempo por el desayuno,tan fundamental que es y más cuando uno está por motivo de trabajo.Ademas de que hay mal manejo con la situación de parte de recepción de hotel y de restaurante.Me voy con un mal sabor y quise poner la opinión para que hagan algo al respecto.El restaurante con esta nueva administración es muy deficiente.Imagina que no hay algo tan básico como café negro.Fatal servicio de restaurante.

The staff Miguel Andres Maria Neidis Amanda Isabel Y Jason Are fabulous But the best of the best is Henry! He was my ‘shuttle’ from airport to hotel arranged by the hotel for my 20 day stay. I hired him as my ‘ personal driver bodyguard/ tour guide ‘ best decision all trip! Great service, friendly people that will help you no matter what. The breakfast is really nice. It's close to the city centre but in a bit of a shady neighborhood. So don't go out at night. Price is good as well :D

excellent quality/ price ratio. nice staff and very functional location. the breakfast offered at the nearby restaurant is a real plus. On the negative side: the dry wall make any noise isolation difficult. but for a 1-2 nights transit in SJO thats ok. I wished if they could have a laundry machine/service as it would be a good add on to the rest.

Showed up at 2:30am after being unable to find an Airbnb that we had booked. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly and was able to communicate with our poor Spanish. Ended up staying here and the rooms were clean and nice, with delicious breakfast included from the restaurant next door!

O Hotel tem estrutura nova pelo foi dito so.1 ano e aparenta isso. O atendimento bom. E a localização para minha necessidade foi boa. O café da manhã achei bem ruim. A Net era boa. Mas tomada para carregar ao menos em meu quarto a UBS estava com problema.. e isso foi problema... Mas gostei e recomendo.

Very good new hotel near the bus station. Short walk to the downtown area. Fairly safe area (safeish...depending on how crazy of places you’ve been). Staff is nice, no English, always have coffee made. No breakfast or kitchen area. We moved rooms because we were right by the steps and the room was a bit noisy, they made no fuss. Shower drains don’t drain well as it’s an old building and plumbing is always an issue in the area it seems. Great spot. Stayed a couple times.
