This completely vegan traditional 5th generation family-run hotel offers a sauna area and free vegan breakfast buffets in Zeltingen. It lies on the banks of the Moselle River in front of picturesque vineyards. The rooms of the Hotel Nicolay 1881 all boast lovely views of the surrounding area and some have a balcony. Guests are welcome to use the sauna area for free not to mention a range of modern massages and spa/relaxation treatments such as Cranio-Sacral-Yoga. The Venganico spa area features a sauna with relaxing lounge chairs and it offers classical relaxation massages yoga courses and meditative hiking tours through the Moselle region. A large breakfast buffet is prepared at the Hotel Nicolay 1881 each morning. This is included in the price of the room. During warm weather this is served on the terrace next to the Moselle. The Sonnenuhr restaurant serves creative 100% vegan cuisine the first of its kind in Germany. The rustic Weinstube tavern offers tasty regional vegan dishes. Accompanying vegan wines are from the Hotel Nicolay 1881 wine cellar.
