Lovely hotel.with good service. Experience was ruined by having money stolen from room. Only staff could have had access. Not discovered until after checking out.

I stayed there mid-June, 2019. Great location, but the hall carpets were worn. The hotel is need need of an update. Friendly, helpful staff.

Probably one of the worst hospitality experiences I ever had. We arrive and we were told by the lady at reception that our breakfast was not included and then we have to pay tax. she also insisted our booking was for 3 instead of four. I try to explain that we had a reservation for bed and breakfast for 4 and we had a confirmation proving it however she didn’t bother to look at our confirmation as he kept insisting that if we want to eat breakfast we have to pay and we have to pay the tax no matter what. I explained that was made by a company him and we should talk to the person who made the reservation and her answer was you can talk to whoever you want but you have to pay. We were lucky that we arrived quite early to the hotel, around 5 pm, and the agency in London was still open. I phoned them, they confirm it was paid and inclusive of breakfast so I asked the agency to call back to the hotel to confirm our reservation. For me the worrying part is that if we had arrived later or after the London office was closed we will probably being charge extra for breakfast and have to pay again the tax when both of them were already paid and the staff at reception didnt bother to check. After it was clarify she told us our rooms were upgraded but if im honest mine was not very good and quite ugly, with three beds! Breakfast was ok but wifi works well. The relation price-quality is very bad is the hotel is quite expensive.

totally happy with our boutique hotel. the location is very close to M4 and a variety of restaurants, stores and friendly residents.

Small and cozy, but I am NOT impressed by the rooms and the breakfast. At least not to that price. Very friendly staff though. Close to several restaurants, shops and shopping center with several selections for what you possibly could need. Also in fair distance to bus and subway with just a few minutes to walk. Several sightseeings within 15-20 minutes of walking as well.
