Do not stay here. There are too many other options. Poor experience for us from the start: 1. Could not get access to the hotel due to their customer screening via intercom. Doors would not open. 2. The room we reserved (King) was not available. 3. The room did not have ANY washcloths. When I called the front desk to let them know, (Miguel) told me that if they had any I would have to come down and get them. 4. While I was down getting my washcloths, I asked for an extra pillows. (Miguel) said they had no extra. The entire hotel had not one extra? 5. Miguel never apologized for ANY of these inconveniences. He was matter of fact and emotionless. No customer service skills. Acted like he couldn’t care less if the hotel had our business.

A única coisa boa sobre este lugar são as camas e o espaço da sala de estar. O banheiro é muito pequeno e não há espaço suficiente para fechar as portas do banheiro. Eu nunca ficaria neste local novamente 🙄

The Bathroom is way too small and not enough space to even close the bathroom doors.

stayed for 1 night. Wanted to stay away from other guests due to noise issue and they accommodated that reqeust. However, when I stepped into the room, air smelled somewhat moldy....pros: accommodates your needcons: 1. felt like price was higher for 3 star hotel, didn't feel like it was worth price they ask for 2. bathroom & shower small & tiny 3. moldy room smell....

Então, honestamente, é um hotel fofo, os quartos são grandes e as taxas são razoáveis. Mas este lugar tem um sério problema de arrumação e cobiça definitivamente não é uma desculpa para ser preguiçoso. Primeiro, quando fiz o check-in, no banheiro do meu quarto havia uma toalha suja no chão e etiquetas para roupas no chão, o que me fez duvidar da limpeza do banheiro como um todo. Em segundo lugar, solicitei a troca diária de toalhas porque meus filhos (3 adolescentes) estão em um torneio e tomam muito banho. E adivinha, fiquei de quarta de manhã até domingo e só tinha toalhas no sábado, quando liguei 4 vezes. Terceiro, não tive nenhuma arrumação durante toda a visita. Só esvaziaram as latas de lixo após 3 dias (já estava transbordando) Na frente, o edredom para a cama era branco e tinha manchas pretas mascaradas com outro lençol plano Eu não voltarei novamente. Eu não recomendo. Minhas expectativas não foram atendidas e eu sinto muito, mas eu realmente não acho que cobiça é uma desculpa ...

Se você gostaria de ter um hotel de 2 estrelas a um preço de 4 estrelas, então este é o lugar. A sala tinha pesticidas e a resposta do gerente, SCOTT, disse que é normal durante o verão, pois os insetos procuram água se não chove. Ele não se desculpou absolutamente. Além disso, você precisará fazer sua própria limpeza, uma vez que não há serviço de quarto durante a sua estadia. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente, possivelmente não a cadeia Hyatt se o serviço ao cliente é o mesmo que eu encontrei com o gerente, Scott neste estabelecimento.

So honestly it’s a cute hotel , rooms are big and rates are reasonable. But this place has a serious housekeeping problem and covid definitely is not an excuse for being lazy. First when I checked in, in my room’s bathroom there was a dirty towel on the floor and clothes tags on the floor which makes me doubt the bathroom cleanliness as whole. Second, i have put in a request for towels to be changed daily because my boys (3 teenagers) are on a tournament and would shower a lot. And guess what , I stayed from Wednesday morning till Sunday and i had towels only Saturday when I called 4 times. Third, i had zero housekeeping for the whole visit. Only they emptied the trashcans after 3 days ( it was already over flowing) Forth the comforter for the bed was white and had black stains on it masked with another flat sheet I won’t be coming again. I won’t recommend. My expectations were not met and i am sorry but I really don’t think covid is an excuse…..

If you like to have a 2 star hotel at a 4 star price then this is the place. Room had pesticides and the response from Manager, SCOTT, said that it's normal during the summer since insects look for water if it hasn't rained. He didn't apologize at all. Also you will need to do your own cleaning since there's no room service, during your stay. I would not stay here again, possibly not the Hyatt chain if customer service is the same as what I encountered with the Manager, Scott at this property.

Fiquei aqui por uma semana quando visitei minha família em Dallas. Ótima facilidade. Nice, clean hotel com quartos espaçosos. Pool out back.Nice staff e muito confortável. Grande pequeno-almoço continental diário! Sanduíches quentes, frutas, sucos, iogurtes, cereais, muffins! Muitas opções. Os quartos têm áreas de estar com sofás, frigobar e pia para alimentos. Infelizmente não há microondas no quarto, mas apenas ter essas coisas são grandes. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Pessoal foi extremamente amigável e útil. Chegamos tarde da noite e estávamos cansados de dirigir, e o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava. Eles vieram imediatamente ao nosso quarto, verificaram-no rapidamente e imediatamente nos mudaram para outro quarto. As toalhas de banho eram macias; A sala era espaçosa e confortável. Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and were tired from driving, and the room air conditioner would not work. They came up to our room right away, and checked it quickly, and immediately moved us to another room.
The shower towels were soft; the room was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased.

Stayed here for a week when I visited my family in Dallas. Great facility. Nice, clean, hotel with spacious rooms. Pool out back.Nice staff and very accommodating. Great continental breakfast daily! Hot sandwiches, fruit, juices, yogurts, cereals, muffins! So many choices. Rooms have lounge areas with couches, mini fridge and sink for food. Unfortunately no microwave in the room but just having these things are great. I would stay here again.

Poderia usar uma limpeza profunda no banheiro. Café-da-manhã foi em estilo continental ... sem alimentos quentes diferente de aveia instantânea individual. Os itens eram de boas marcas, pelo menos.
