The room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Great location....close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacies and right off the highway. Quick/friendly check in. The lobby has an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The smell is in the stairwells too. They allow smoking in certain rooms....maybe the 1st floor. Our 3rd floor room had no smoke odor. No breakfast, pool, gym because of COVID.

Lady at front desk switched me too s immediately. Second room did not have bedbugs. First room had a bedbug infestation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were helpful when asked for room necessities as needed. Although the location was 15 miles out of request the facility and staff were accommodating to my satisfaction.

Beautiful room, very functional, comfortable and inviting. Bathroom area was a bit small. The location. Confusing to enter and exit, you have to drive around and get on access road to return to motel.
