Night staff was friendly, staff de manhã não eram tanto. Reservar este quarto para o spa e café da manhã. Spa foi quebrado na noite em que chegamos, o café-da-manhã era um "mini bagel" e uma xícara de comida mista. Por favor, me diga como isso é o suficiente para alimentar uma pessoa adulta pela manhã. Eu entendo perfeitamente limitar o café da manhã ou até mesmo acabar com isso por causa de covid, mas não anuncio café da manhã continental se esse não for o caso. E deixe as pessoas que reservarem um quarto saberem que as "comodidades" são lixo antes de gastarem US $ 100.

Grandes quartos tranquilos e agradáveis. A banheira de hidromassagem e a piscina funcionam 24 horas. O serviço de quarto não era o que eu esperava. Fiquei lá uma semana e 4 dias e não recebi nada para o serviço de quarto! Tive que pedir café e também lençóis frescos!

Night staff was friendly, morning staff were not so much. Booked this room for the spa & breakfast. Spa was broken the night we came, breakfast was a gross pillsbury "mini bagel" and cup of dole mixed food. Please tell me how that's enough to feed a grown person in the morning. I completely understand limiting breakfast or even doing away with it because of covid but do not advertise continental breakfast if that isn't the case. And let the people who book a room know that the "amenities" are trash before they spend $100.

Quarto não foi devidamente limpo e quando garantido que poderíamos estender a nossa estadia na manhã seguinte, fomos firmemente informados de que não poderíamos quando ir para a recepção. Os hóspedes com crianças pequenas não devem obter falsas garantias. Tudo bem, porém, por um extra de $ 10, o Hyatt é muito melhor.

Room was not properly cleaned and when ensured that we could extend our stay the next morning we were firmly told that we could not when going to the front desk. Guests with small children should not get false guarantees. All good though, for an extra 10$ the Hyatt is WAY nicer.

Muito simpática equipe de estacionamento para o meu caminhão e reboque. Dirigir no trânsito era um pouco estressante. Ok em um carro, mas eu tenho um trailer de 53 pés. Muitas coisas para fazer por perto, até mesmo alugar uma scooter elétrica estava tendo uma explosão até que a bateria de 2 milhas acabou. Tudo bem, sendo um motorista de caminhão, eu precisava fazer o exercício voltando. Vou ficar duas noites, esta é a minha primeira noite até agora.

Friendly staff plenty parking for my truck and trailer. Was a little nerv racking driving in traffic. Okay on a car but I have a 53 foot trailer. Lots of things to do near by even rented a electric scooter was having a blast until 2 miles out battery went dead. That's okay being a truck driver I needed the exercise walking back. I am staying two nights this is my first night so far a okay.
