Eles recentemente renovados. É uma estadia agradável e é muito tranquilo. A manutenção está afrouxando um pouco. Há várias coisas que eu chamei a atenção deles que não foram abordadas. A minha estadia ainda era bom e eu não "morrer".

Shower head looked like it was made by Fisher-Price and would probably put out a gallon of water every 5 minutes. Ownership has apparently decided to provide the bare-minimum of functionality. With every other amenity from pool to breakfast suspended, the room was overpriced.

O calor só funcionava em alojamentos altos e se desfez completamente em ac quando o toquei com minha perna! Tive que desligar a água do banheiro porque a melindrosa era ruim e corria constantemente! Sem piscina, sem área de café da manhã, sem academia, sem área de negócios, mas a taxa ainda é de 100 $ mais uma noite! Estou feliz por usar meus pontos e não pagar em dinheiro!

Nós nos registramos, chegamos ao nosso quarto e não havia água. Ligaram para a recepção e disseram que a cidade havia fechado a água e deveria abrir em breve. Bem, em primeiro lugar, a cidade os teria avisado que a água estaria cortada! Bom atendimento ao cliente, seria deixar seus convidados saberem enquanto eles estão fazendo o check-in, mas não, eles só querem o seu dinheiro! 2ª coisa, houve derramamentos nas paredes que não foram limpas. Nenhum futuro permanece para mim no futuro!

Nos registramos, llegamos a nuestra habitación y no había agua. Llamaron a recepción, dijeron que la ciudad había cerrado el agua y que debería estar abierta pronto. Bueno, en primer lugar, ¡la ciudad les habría hecho saber que el agua estaría cortada! Buen servicio al cliente, sería dejarles saber a sus invitados que mientras se registran, ¡pero no, solo quieren su dinero! En segundo lugar, hubo derrames en las paredes que no se limpiaron. ¡Ningún futuro me queda en el futuro!

Heat only worked on high housing fell completely apart on ac when I touched it with my leg! Had to turn water off on toilet because flapper was bad and it ran constantly! No pool no breakfast area no gym no business area but rate is still 100$ plus a night! I am just glad I used my points and didn't pay cash!

We checked in, got to our room and no water. Called front desk, they said city had turned off water and it should be on soon. Well first off, city would have let them know water would be off! Good customer service, would be to let your guests know that while they are checking in, but no they only want your money! 2nd thing, there were spills on walls that weren't cleaned off. No future stays for me in the future!

A única razão pela qual eu ainda dei 2 estrelas foi por causa de como a garota da recepção foi amigável. O exterior do hotel faz você pensar que o interior é tão limpo e bem cuidado quanto os quartos. Os móveis no saguão pareciam mais novos, enquanto nos quartos os móveis pareciam ter sido colocados como um pensamento de última hora apenas para preencher o espaço. A cama era terrivelmente irregular e rangia a cada movimento. As gavetas da cômoda não fechavam direito e estavam lascadas e gastas como a escrivaninha. A geladeira não mantinha nada frio, apesar de meus melhores esforços. E há apenas um pequeno elevador para 4 andares de quartos. Não vale a pena o dinheiro gasto para uma estadia.

Este hotel mudou tremendamente desde que estivemos aqui no ano passado. Meu sogro faleceu, então tivemos que ficar 5 dias para ir ao funeral. Durante a nossa estadia, o que parecia ser um sem-teto agressivo nos assediou no estacionamento. O aroma de Mary Jane também pode saudá-lo à noite. No nosso último dia lá, fui buscar tacos para o café da manhã e testemunhei uma briga no saguão entre 4 hóspedes do hotel e funcionários. Três viaturas da polícia vieram intervir. Não gosto de generalizar, mas diria que frequentemente testemunhamos várias pessoas que parecem ter um vício em drogas nas proximidades durante as horas da noite. Estou dando duas estrelas porque nosso quarto era limpo.

The only reason I even gave it 2 stars was because of how friendly the front desk girl was. The outside of the hotel deceives you into thinking the inside is just as clean and well kept as the rooms. The furniture in the lobby looked newer while in the rooms the furniture seemed to have just been tossed in as a last minute thought just to fill space. The bed was terribly lumpy and creaked with every movement. The dresser drawers didnt close right and was so chipped and worn just like the desk. The fridge didnt keep anything cold despite my best efforts. And there is only 1 tiny elevator for 4 floors of rooms. Not worth the money spent for a stay.

This hotel has changed tremendously since we stayed here last year. My father-in-law passed away so we had to stay for 5 days to attend the funeral. During our stay, what appeared to be an aggressive homeless man harassed us out in the parking lot. The aroma of Mary Jane can also greet you during evening hours. Our last day there, I went to get breakfast tacos and witnessed a fight in the lobby between 4 hotel guests and employees. Three police cruisers came to intervene. I don’t like to generalize but would say that we often witnessed several people who appear to have a drug addiction around the premises during evening hours. Im giving two stars because our room was clean.

Tive uma experiência muito ruim. Peço que o gerente me ligue - nunca liguei. Preenchi uma pesquisa com todos os detalhes e ainda não liguei. Não sei por que La Quinta está me enviando um link de pesquisa para postar comentários publicamente, mas com certeza irei.O quarto estava sujo, o controle remoto da TV quebrado, eles estavam verificando as pessoas, mas não gravando o quarto, então três pessoas tentaram entrar em nosso quarto depois da meia-noite. A terceira pessoa realmente abriu a porta às 12h40. É uma experiência muito perturbadora ser acordado pelo som de alguém entrando em seu quarto.Outras pessoas com quem estávamos viajando não conseguiram o tipo de quarto que solicitaram e foram verificados em quartos sujos (muito sujos). A propriedade não está sendo mantida. Sua negligência com a manutenção do edifício, bem como a manutenção diária.Acho que fala muito o fato de ninguém ter me contatado e presumo que seja porque eles não se importam. Faça um favor a si mesmo e fique em outro lugar.

I had a very bad experience. I ask to have the manager call me - never did. I filled out a survey with all the details and still no call. I am not sure why La Quinta is now sending me a survey link to post feedback publicly, but sure I will.
The room was dirty, the TV remote broken, they were checking people in but not recording the room so we had three people try to get into our room after midnight. The third person actually opened the door at 12:40. It’s a pretty upsetting experience to be woken by the sound of someone coming into your room.
Other people we were traveling with did not get the room type they requested and were checked into dirty (really dirty ) rooms. The property is not being maintained. Their neglecting building maintenance as well as daily upkeep.
I think it speaks volumes that no one has contacted me and I assume it’s because they don’t care. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

They recently renovated. Its a nice stay and is very quiet. Maintenance is slacking a little tho. There are several thing that i brought to their attention rhat were not addressed. My stay was still nice and i didnt "die".
