Beautiful comfortable and convenient.. EXCEPT when we checked in we informed them we would be requiring EXTENDED STAY.. after the 10 days approved that there would be availability to extension of our stay. We were told there would be tons for us... THEN. They DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE COSTUMER n we were told room were sold out. Knowing we are unable to go home because 80%of our house was destroyed from the winter storm and it is under reconstruction..! Did not communicate with customer(us!).. they did NOT EXTEND OUR STAY knowing ALL WE BROUGHT IN AND DIFFICULTY FOR 77 YEAR OLD MAN TO MOVE FROM HOTEL TO HOTEL FOR THE FAMILY OF 8!

Gerente e recepção onde o mais rude que eu já lidei. Eu reservei um quarto através do Wyndhem Rewards. Quando cheguei 1,5 horas após a reserva. Foi-me dito que o quarto que reservei não estava disponível. Falei com o gerente do hotel e disseram-lhe que não era problema dele. Tp speak with Wyndham Tenho lidado com o problema desde a noite passada e é tão incrível que o gerente não pode ser encontrado. O pessoal do hotel é uma piada e estou realmente começando a ter minhas idéias com Wyndham em geral. Escusado será dizer que sou membro diamante há vários anos. Fique longe deste hotel

El gerente y la recepción eran los más groseros con los que me he enfrentado. Reservé una habitación a través de Wyndhem Rewards. Cuando llegué 1,5 horas después de la reserva. Me dijeron que la habitación que reservé no estaba disponible. Habló con el gerente del hotel y le dijeron que no era su problema. Manager and front desk where the rudest i have ever dealt with. I booked room through Wyndhem Rewards. When I arrived 1.5 hours after booking. Was told the room I booked was not available. Spoke with hotel manager and was told it was not his problem.Tp speak with Wyndham I have been dealing with the issue since last night and so amazing that the manager can not be reached. The hotel staff is a joke and im really starting to have my doughts with Wyndham in general.Needless to say I have been a diamond member for several years.Stay away from this hotel

Ficamos lá durante a tempestade de inverno que tínhamos e ficamos muito gratos por termos feito barulho em trazer nossos cachorros, gato e Periquitos demais, se não fosse possível trazê-los, seria muito frio em nossa casa para eles ficarem. Só 1 coisa não fica No 1º andar ao lado do escritório que fica bem em frente a piscina você nunca vai conseguir descansar a porta está sempre abrindo e fechando a noite toda a não ser que eles foram muito educados E nós somos muito grato por termos um lugar para ficar com energia e água corrente.

We stayed there throw the winter storm we had we was very thankful that we was a loud to bring our dogscat andParakeets too much if we was not able to bring them it would of been to cold in our house for them to stay. Just 1 thingdon't stayThe 1st floor next to the office which is right in front of the pool you will never get any rest the door is always opening and closing all night all day Other than that they were very polite And we are very thankful we had a place to stay that had power and running water thank you

Eu esqueci o nome dela, mas a mulher na recepção era tão legal! Havia uma barata morta embaixo da recepção que minha filha ficava me contando depois que eu a vi lol e se você está no 4º andar, quarto 411, havia um grilo no banheiro, mas está na parede ou algo acima do chuveiro. Foi meio chato, mas nós lidamos com isso. As camas eram grandes, macias, mas os travesseiros faziam você afundar neles, então tivemos que usar 2 cada. Eles não tomaram café da manhã devido ao covid, mas há um Ihop perto que você pode ir e é o que nós fizemos! E o hotel permite que você peça comida e entregue na recepção.Ótimo hotel de outra forma e ótima localização! Definitivamente voltaria se precisávamos de um hotel para ficar. (Estou deixando esta avaliação com uma semana de atraso, desculpe lol)

Olvidé su nombre, ¡pero la mujer del escritorio fue tan agradable! Había una cucaracha muerta debajo de la recepción de la que mi hija me seguía contando después de que la vi jajaja y si estás en el cuarto piso, habitación 411, había un grillo en el baño pero está en la pared o algo por encima del ducha. Fue un poco molesto, pero lo solucionamos. Las camas eran geniales, suaves pero las almohadas te hundían en ellas, así que tuvimos que usar 2 cada una. No desayunaron debido al covid, pero hay un Ihop cerca al que puedes ir, ¡que es lo que hicimos! Y el hotel le permite pedir comida y recibirla en la recepción.Gran hotel de lo contrario y excelente ubicación! Sin duda volvería si necesitáramos un hotel en el que alojarse. (Dejo esta revisión una semana tarde por cierto, lo siento jajaja)

I forgot her name but the woman at the desk was so nice!! There was a dead roach under the front desk which my daughter kept telling me about after I saw it lol and if you're on the 4th floor, room 411, there was a cricket in the bathroom but it's in the wall or something above the shower. Was kind of annoying but we dealt with it. The beds were great, soft but the pillows made you sink into them so we had to use 2 each. They didn't have breakfast due to covid but there is an Ihop close that you could go to which is what we did! And the hotel allows you to order food and get it delivered to the front desk.Great hotel otherwise and great location! Would definitely return if we needed a hotel to stay at. (I'm leaving this review a week late btw so sorry lol)
