Eu trouxe minha mãe como convidada e não recebemos nenhuma ajuda. - as instalações - a banheira de hidromassagem estava suja com mofo ao redor dos degraus, a sauna estava fora de serviço e a sauna a vapor tinha uma luz bruxuleante (de 3 no total, 2 estavam mortas). - a taxa de serviço FINALE não divulgada. Nós até perguntamos especificamente se ele estava incluído e me disseram que NÃO. Eu adicionei gorjeta em cima da taxa de serviço. Ligaram duas vezes para esclarecer, mesmo assim se recusaram a divulgar para que serviram os 23%. Até que eu recusei e pressionei o quanto fui para minha terapeuta (como ela merecia). Mas não havia como eu comer mais de US $ 200 em trailMix e as comodidades não foram mantidas! Nunca mais.

Went for a short girls trip, and really enjoyed all aspects of the resort. The spa was nice, the decor was cute, the environment was generally relaxing, there were plenty of fitness/nature activities, but let me tell you - the food was unbelievable. Every meal was incredibly delicious. Would definitely visit again.
This was my second and final time using this spa. Y’all there are so many better options in Austin; don’t be fooled ! The good - my massage was wonderful. The BAD -Total lack of professionalism by the spa attendants. No tour, no offer of water , nothing! I brought my mom as a guest and we received zero help whatsoever. - the facilities - the hot tub was dirty with mold around the steps, the sauna was out of service and the steam room had one flickering light ( out of 3 total, 2 were dead). - the FINALE- undisclosed service charge. We even specifically asked if it was included and I was told NO. I added gratuity on top of the service charge. Called twice to get clarity, even then they refused to disclose what the 23% was used for. Until I refused and pressed for how much went to my therapist ( as she deserved it ). But there was no way I ate over $200 worth of trailMix and the amenities were not maintained! Never again.
I had an awesome experience at the Lake Austin Spa Resort this week. The staff was fantastic - they were welcoming, friendly and willing to make great suggestions on everything from meals to spa treatments. Everyone was super - the front desk staff, the food and beverage team, the spa staff, the activities team and the maintenance staff all went above and beyond. Keith Nelson, the resort manager, was particularly great. The resort is casual, which I love, yet the food and services were top notch. They are making noted upgrades and I expect it will be even better on my next visit. I highly recommend!

Biggest rip off. My daughter bought me a gift certificate for 225 which she was told included tip and tax.When I called to make an appointment the girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful and told me the prices had gone up and now the price for a 1 hour massage was 275.00 and I would have to make up the difference.ARE YOU KIDDING ME. She didn't seem to care and if you're going to rip people off for 275.00 for a 1 hour massage, at least be nice about it.Stay away from this place.
Came for a spa day and to checkout the resort. The facial was nice. The staff were helpful and nice. The grounds need better upkeep. For what they’re charging I would expect this place to be much better than it is.

Absolutely LOVE Lake Austin Spa Resort, one of my favorite experiences in Austin! The property is stunning - the whole resort sits right on the shores of Lake Austin and is totally private and exclusive. The rooms are super comfortable and beautiful, the food was amazing (love that they recently added more wine choices - amazing wine list!) - my husband and I had the best stay! Can't wait to go back!
Eu reservei uma massagem e tratamento facial com minha noiva como nosso primeiro aniversário de ano e tudo parecia bem. Em uma reviravolta tremendamente infeliz, atingimos uma construção significativa no caminho e ficamos parados a ponto de perdermos quase metade do tempo que tínhamos reservado no spa. Liguei bem antes do início do tratamento e me disseram que não havia nada a ser feito, pois a programação do dia estava lotada de clientes. Lamentável, mas perfeitamente compreensível. Minha reclamação é diretamente com a indiferença total e absoluta à situação e falta de compreensão com que fomos recebidos na chegada / check-out. Eles não poderiam ter se importado menos que isso era para ser especial para nós.Eu entendo que o cliente médio em qualquer spa é, não exclusivamente, mas em geral, alguém que pode pagar por isso. Isso decididamente não somos nós. Sou músico e levei um mês para levantar o dinheiro para presentear minha futura esposa com um pequeno pedaço do luxo que ela merece. I booked a massage and facial with my fiancee as our first year anniversary and all seemed well. In a tremendously unfortunate turn of events we hit significant construction en route and were held up to the point where we missed almost half the time we had booked at the spa. I called well before the treatment was scheduled to begin and was told there was nothing to be done as the days schedule was filled with clients. Regrettable, but perfectly understandable. My complaint is squarely with the complete and utter indifference to the situation and lack of understanding we were greeted with upon arrival/checkout. They couldn't have cared less that this was meant to be special to us.I understand that the average client at any spa is, not exclusively but in general, someone who can afford it. That is decidedly not us. I'm a musician and it took me a month to raise the money to treat my soon-to-be-wife to a small piece of the luxury that she deserves. It was embarrassing and hugely frustrating to pay full price for half a service rendered, not because I have a gripe with the policy or price, but because I got a serious "your fault, screw you" feeling from the desk staff.I'm giving this one star because the treatments (the 25 minutes of them we got to enjoy) were done by professional hands and completely worthy of every penny. They were great. The front desk has a lot to learn about how to treat people and I will not be going back.Anders

BEWARE before booking. I booked a special birthday weekend for my wife. Unfortunately I didn't read all of the fine print. They require cancellation within 30 days of your stay or they hold $1000pp of your money to be used on a future stay within a year! Unfortunately, we had to cancel because my wife had to have neck surgery and obviously would not be able to take advantage of the amenities the spa offers. We would certainly like to reschedule, but don't appreciate having our money held hostage in this manner. I was very surprised that a resort catering to health and wellness wouldn't even consider making a special allowance for this unusual situation. Shame on you Lake Austin Spa! Things happen that are out of our control, and I have never experienced a 30 day no return policy such as this and wasn't even offered a get well soon message for my wife! It was just all around poor customer service. Hope the in-person service is better than on the phone.
My 4th visit here and unfortunately probably my last. The men’s spa area was shut down and no communication on when it would reopen. A resort spa with a broken spa, seriously? Response from staff was fuddled confusion. For this price, 100% unacceptable 👎
Se você precisa de R&R de qualidade com um amigo ou seu cônjuge, este é o lugar para fazê-lo. Quando meu marido e eu dirigimos até o portão de entrada, sabíamos que tínhamos sido pescados ... o que pensamos ser um resort premiado de primeira linha acabou sendo um motel sujo, antigo e nada assombroso - havia pratos sujos na estação de bebidas do saguão da frente e sobre os jardins, decoração do que parecia ser a cabana de uma vovó da década de 1960. A comida era medíocre na melhor das hipóteses. Voa por toda parte. Eu senti que uma câmera cândida iria aparecer a qualquer momento e ser tipo, “surpresa” 👀. Mas, isso nunca aconteceu, infelizmente. Foi-nos cobrados $ 5.000 por uma estadia de 2 noites e é nauseante ... provavelmente vale apenas talvez $ 400 / noite, no máximo. No final, meu marido e eu ainda nos uníamos sobre como o lugar era ruim, então pelo menos somos gratos por isso.
Si necesita un R & R de calidad con un amigo o su cónyuge, este es el lugar para hacerlo. Puede hacer ejercicio, hacer yoga, darse un capricho en el spa, hacer fantásticas caminatas con el equipo de Paula & Laura, hacer kayak y muchas otras actividades acuáticas o simplemente sentarse en el muelle y disfrutar de una tarde de descanso. Warning- not worth the money!!! When my husband and I drove up to the entrance gate, we knew we had been cat-fished... what we thought was an award-winning top tier resort ended up being a dirty, old, and underwhelming motel- there were dirty dishes in the front lobby drink station and about the grounds, decor from what looked like a granny’s cottage from the 1960s. The food was mediocre at best. Flies everywhere. I felt like candid camera was going to pop out at any moment and be like, “surprise” 👀. But, that never happened unfortunately. We were charged $5,000 for a 2-night stay and it’s nauseating... it’s probably only worth maybe $400/night at the most. In the end, my husband and I still bonded over how bad the place was, so at least we are grateful for that.
If you need some quality R & R with a friend or your spouse, this is the place to do it. You can workout, do yoga, spoil yourself at the spa, go on fantastic hikes with Paula & Laura’s team, kayak and many other water activities or just sit on the dock and have an afternoon docktail. This is just the beginning plus the food is spectacular. I would go back tomorrow!!!
Eu fui no ano passado com um amigo. Adoramos cada minuto e este ano estou voltando com duas amigas. Mal posso esperar para ver todas as atualizações que foram feitas desde que estivemos lá.
I went last year with a friend. We loved every minute and this year I'm returning with two friends. I can't wait to see all the upgrades that have been made since we were there.

This wellness retreat in the texas hill country allows me to slow down, turn off my tech and focus on my own needs. Surrounded completely by nature, i'm totally in my happy place here. Food is delicious, French Chef at the helm and the rooms all open to the outdoors - plenty of wide open spaces to take in the fresh air and get out on the lake on a water craft and explore. There are kayaks, SUPs, hydro-bikes and yoga, cooking classes and so much to do throughout the day. Be sure to book your spa appointments early and for an added bonus, book the water taxi from downtown Austin to arrive to the resort in style.
Tinha ouvido falar muito sobre este lugar e finalmente fiz reservas. Had heard so much about this place and finally made reservations. Initial check in was challenging as information was a little unclear (whether we needed to let the valet park, luggage assistance, etc). Had difficulties in getting a dinner reservation as initially nothing was available until late in the evening yet upon asking someone else we got a reservation as a good time. Massage at the spa was decent.But the room was well below average. There was black mold in the shower (not cool) and the lamp next to the bed fell apart. The next day breakfast was delivered to the room (per the resort’s recommendation due to “safety”) but it was incomplete and did not include cutlery, necessitating a walk to the front desk in the rain. Considering the price point (over $1500 per night including taxes and “fees”) we decided to cut the trip short. We had enough issues with the room and general subpar service for such a renowned resort.Others have had better experiences. Ours was simply not worth it and unfortunately we will not give them another chance. There are too many better places to visit.Not recommended.
Sempre tive experiências incríveis neste resort conceituado. O pessoal é simpático, arrumado e tudo corre bem gerido. Gosto das mudanças recentes na decoração, bem como das políticas de segurança em torno do covid. Os serviços e terapeutas do spa são pontuais e muito experientes em técnicas. Eles também oferecem uma grande variedade de produtos profissionais e de boutique em sua loja. Os jardins são lindos e bem conservados, com uma variedade de espaços tranquilos para se enrolar e ler um livro ou se concentrar em cuidar de si. As aulas oferecidas são um toque adorável e há liberdade para os itinerários dos hóspedes para participar de tantas ou poucas atividades quanto você quiser. De fitness a artes criativas, há muito para explorar. Além disso, se você não preferir configurações de grupo, todas as aulas e caminhadas podem ser feitas em particular. I’ve always had amazing experiences at this top-rated resort. The staff is friendly, tidy & everything runs well managed. I like the recent changes in decor, as well as the safety policies surrounding covid. Spa services & therapists are on point and very experienced in techniques. They also offer a wide array of professional & boutique products in their shop. The grounds are lovely and well kept, with a variety of quiet spaces to curl up and read a book or focus on self care. The classes offered are a lovely touch & there’s freedom to guest itineraries to join in as many or little activities as you’d like. From fitness to creative arts, there’s much to explore. Plus if you don’t prefer group settings, all classes and hikes can be taken privately. The lake activities were a hit each time with wine cruises, paddleboarding, kayaking, pedalboards & tubing. Don’t forget your swim suit! The food is incredible, organic, fresh, and often homegrown in the garden. The chef demonstrations are my absolute favorite and they can accommodate any allergy safely.

Very relaxing environment. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are not very big, but they're very nice and the pillows are wonderful! Lots of thought goes into little conveniences so that you don't have to think about anything but what's inside of you. Really promotes wellness. There are many activities, but you'll be tempted just to sit by the lake or in one of the cozy spots on the property. I'll definitely be coming back.
