My wife and I stayed at Hotel Le Ballu in November. From the minute we walked through the front door we were greeted by the staff and felt very welcomed!! The rooms were small as most typical European hotels I’ve stayed in but very clean and updated. We are from the US and like our rooms cool at night...but I just couldn’t get the air adjusted because it was hot (at least for us) but, luckily we had a balcony and were able to open the window so it was fine. I am not sure I’d be able to stay in the hot summer months unless the air could be set below 70 degrees! The housekeeping staff were all very accommodating and super friendly! We had drinks and appetizers at the bar which were very good. And, the bartenders were fun and attentive!! The entire staff gave us many great recommendations for dining, etc. and were always available for any questions! We loved the area...we were able to walk each day to many different attractions! All in all, we highly recommend staying at the Hotel Le Ballu if you are looking for a boutique style hotel and we plan on coming back again!
After hours of reading reviews and searching for the right hotel for my first trip to Paris, I just booked a room for November at Hotel Le Ballu! The pictures look amazing and reviews sound the same! Thank you to all that take the time to comment on the good things, and not the negative! Looking forward to my stay!!!!

From start to finish our experience was beyond amazing! From reading reviews online I was expecting an enjoyable stay but the hotel / staff / service has all exceeded my expectations. I would recommend highly anyone who is travelling to Paris to stay here.

This is now my absolute favorite place in Paris!!! This hotel is gorgeous, the service is excellent. It is a mix of sophistication and charm. I love the neighborhood too, very trendy, great crowd. They pay great attention to details. For instance they had the AC in my room blow cold air because they knew I came from the US where we are used to really cold AC. Also, I had mentioned to one of the staff members that I had an important business meeting, when I got back to the hotel in the evening, different staff members asked me how my meeting went. This is the kind of attention to details that cost nothing, yet make a whole lot of difference. They really made me feel special during my stay. Also, my room was really amazing, loved the furniture, the rain shower, the lighting. I promised myself I would take the time to write a review, and I finally did! I highly recommend this hotel.
