I had so bad experience with this hotel. I did reservation 3 day ago. Today my flight landed to Chisinau and I received e mail that my reservation canceled. They tried charged money in 12 clock was failed. 1 o clock I changed credit card , but they didn’t tried charge money again and 3:30 they canceled reservation even we spoked in booking app two times I told we will arrive 9 o clock. They even didn’t contact me before cancel reservation

Even the hotel looks well and is situated ok, if you are not Russian do not expect to be welcomed as a guest. To look like a Russian you have to order your pizza and eat it in the lobby of the hotel, speak out loud, and to be rude. These are the things that I discovered. After 20 years in the hospitality branch, I have to say that this is the second time that I found this. And this is coming as a policy of the hotel. Otherwise, I discovered nice things in Chișinău. And some fabulous wines.

We had booked our stay in Chisinau 2 weeks in advance at this hotel, reservation, we had asked if advance payment is needed and was told it is ok to pay on arrival. However we had been called the day before the arrival that our room has tehnical issues and we cannot stay. We had said we have airplane tickets and we called other hotels with the same price range and stars and everything was booked as it was a wine festival in town. Furthermore the room at this hotel still apeared available on booking!!! so for sure they just told us that excuse with the tehnical issue to give the room at a better price as the city was packed and didnt care they late us without accomodation the day before their arrival! Totally unprofessional and disrespectful attitude also over the phone.

I’ve been in this hotel twice and I really liked it
First things first
Every time when I come in this hotel doesn’t matter is it night or early in the morning the most beautiful and friendly stuff comes up and greets me I feel so good cuz they make me being happy for a whole day
The most important thing the lady manager in this hotel she is amazing! She met me with the bright smile and was ready to help me with any things that I wanted to being very kind and listening to me so clear I never seen that before
Being short and honest I’ve got the best feeling ever as I was at my second home so I definitely will come back
