Fiquei por duas semanas e depois pedi que estendessem meu último dia até as 17h e cobraram minha metade do dia, então liguei à tarde para ter certeza de que ainda estava lá o cara que estava lá no dia 09/05 às 16h50 estava mentindo e me disse que fui cobrado pelo dia anterior mesmo tendo a declaração que mostra que ele está mentindo. Então, quando sua mentira foi exposta, ele disse que eu precisava ligar para o empresário dele. E então ele disse EU ACABEI e desligou na minha cara. Tais golpistas e ladrões de baixa vida. Por alguns dólares, eles acham que podem enganar as pessoas. Eu nunca recomendaria para ninguém.

Me quedé dos semanas y luego les pedí que extendieran mi último día hasta las 5 p. mintiendo y me dijo que me cobraron por el día anterior a pesar de que tengo la declaración que muestra que está mintiendo. Luego, cuando se expuso su mentira, dijo que necesitaba llamar a su gerente. Y luego dijo TERMINÉ y me colgó en la cara. Tales estafadores y ladrones de mala vida. Por un par de dólares creen que pueden estafar a la gente. Nunca se lo recomendaría a nadie.

I stayed for two weeks and then I asked them to extend my last day till 5pm they did and charged my half a day then I called afternoon to make sure it’s still there the guy who was there on 5/9 at 4:50 pm was lying and told me I was charged for previous day even though I have the statement the shows he’s lying. Then when his lie was exposed he said I need to call his manager. And then he said I AM DONE and hung up in my face. Such scammers and low life thieves. For couple dollars they think they can scam people. I would never recommend it for anyone.

Was kicked out of the hotel for no reason, and was blamed for something that was not me. I was just accused since I was young. Staff was beyond rude and disrespectful. I was also charged $200 extra. Absolutely horrific 3 hours I spent in the hotel.

Este hotel no conoce el significado de profesionalismo... lo echarán durante la primera hora de su estadía de 2 noches y le cobrarán una tarifa de $ 200 por acusarlo de algo de lo que no tenían otra prueba que lo que parece. Son irrazonables y no te explicarán nada, ni intentarán hablar contigo y entender tu situación. This hotel does not know the meaning of professionalism.. they will kick you out during the first hour of your 2 night stay and charge you a $200 fee for accusing you of something they had no proof of other than it seems like it. They are unreasonable and will not explain anything to you, nor will they try to talk to you and understand your situation. Beyond that.. after you communicate your frustrations.. they will hide behind their polices that don’t encapsulate your entire situation and use that as the reason why you.. the customer.. was the problem and inconvenience… not their rude employees.

Lamento, mas quando foi que recusamos qualquer serviço nos dois dias em que ficamos lá quando pagamos por 8 dias! Os hóspedes têm o DIREITO de recusar o serviço de quarto, o que não tínhamos! No entanto, a arrumação achou aceitável entrar em nosso quarto e apenas endireitar os cobertores, deixando travesseiros no chão e no quarto sem aspirador. Colocamos nosso sinal de NÃO PERTURBE em nossa porta enquanto trabalhamos tarde da noite e normalmente de manhã cedo, mas tivemos TRÊS batidas em nossa porta esta manhã enquanto estávamos nos vestindo para ir trabalhar! Não perturbe significa NÃO PERTURBE!! Espero um reembolso para as 3 noites restantes, não estaremos lá, pois saímos ANTES do horário de check-out.

Lo siento, pero ¿cuándo rechazamos algún servicio en el par de días que estuvimos allí cuando pagamos por 8 días? Los huéspedes tienen DERECHO a rechazar el servicio de habitaciones, ¡que nosotros NO tuvimos! Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza consideró que era aceptable ingresar a nuestra habitación y solo enderezar las mantas, dejando las almohadas en el piso y la habitación sin aspirar. Pusimos nuestro cartel de NO MOLESTAR en nuestra puerta mientras trabajamos hasta altas horas de la noche y normalmente temprano en la mañana, ¡pero tuvimos TRES golpes en nuestra puerta esta mañana mientras nos vestíamos para ir a trabajar! No molestar significa NO MOLESTAR!! Espero un reembolso por las 3 noches restantes que no estaremos allí porque nos fuimos ANTES de la hora de salida.

I'm sorry but when did we ever refuse any service in the couple days we stayed there when we paid for 8 days! Guests have the RIGHT to refuse room service, which we had NOT! Yet, housekeeping felt it was acceptable to enter our room and only straighten the blankets, leaving pillows on the floor and room unvacuumed. We put our DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door as we work late nights and normally early mornings yet we had THREE knocks at our door this morning as we were getting dressed to go to work! Do not disturb means DO NOT DISTURB!! I expect a refund for the remaining 3 nights we will not be there as we left BEFORE check out time.

Fiquei aqui em setembro e fiquei realmente impressionado com a limpeza de tudo, especialmente pelo preço. É um quarto pequeno e é um hotel econômico, mas tendo isso em mente, é perfeito pelo preço. Me alojé aquí en septiembre y quedé realmente impresionado con lo limpio que estaba todo, especialmente por el precio. Es una habitación pequeña y es un hotel económico, pero teniendo eso en cuenta, es perfecto por el precio. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas, los baños y las duchas están limpios y no se ven demasiado viejos, lo cual es importante para mí.La mujer que trabaja en la recepción los lunes por la noche (creo que es Anna, sé que comienza con una A, ¡lo siento, me olvido!) es LA recepcionista MÁS AMABLE con la que he interactuado, y fue muy amable y servicial. veces que he estado aquí. ¡Dale un aumento! Ella es realmente un activo aquí y espero que la gerencia la trate como tal.No cambies ☺️ Volveré cuando necesite quedarme en el área nuevamente.

I stayed here in September and was really impressed with how clean everything was, especially for the price. It is a small room, and it is a budget hotel, but keeping that in mind, it is perfect for the price. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are clean and don’t look incredibly old, which is important to me. The woman who works front desk on Monday nights (I believe it is Anna, I know it starts with an A - sorry I’m forgetful!) is THE KINDEST receptionist I’ve interacted with, and she was just so friendly and helpful both times I’ve been here. Give her a raise! She’s truly an asset here & I hope management treats her as such! Don’t change ☺️ I will be returning when I need to stay in the area again.

Quartos muito limpos e arrumados. Microtel tem micro quartos. Mas eu achei muito legal. Chuveiro era bom e quente. Todas as toalhas e artigos de toalete foram estocados. Cama e travesseiros macios.A equipe me fez sentir bem-vindo no check-in e check-out. Eles foram muito complacentes e sinceros.

Principalmente por la gerente de Day time, Felicia. Ella tenía la mejor actitud y hacía todo lo posible cada día para asegurarse de que mi estadía allí fuera sin problemas y siempre se aseguraba de que mi facturación en mi habitación fuera correcta. Nuestra empresa paga las habitaciones por día y ella lo hizo sin problemas durante mi estadía de 20 días allí. Habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Microtel tiene micro habitaciones. Aunque pensé que era realmente genial. La ducha era agradable y estaba caliente. Todas las toallas y artículos de tocador estaban surtidos. Cama blanda y almohadas.El personal me hizo sentir bienvenido en el check in y el check out. Fueron muy complacientes y sinceros.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Microtel has micro rooms. I thought it was really cool though. Shower was nice and hot. All towels and toiletries were stocked. Soft bed and pillows. The staff made me feel welcome at check in and check out. They were very accommodating and sincere.
