O hotel fica a 20 minutos do aeroporto. Este hotel teve uma enorme vantagem por causa da qual eu coloquei 5 - aqui a cama mais confortável (colchão, travesseiro, cobertor) - simplesmente lindo. Assim que minha cabeça tocou o travesseiro, adormeci. O café da manhã era básico, mas saboroso. Tudo é de primeira qualidade e fresco. O único aspecto negativo é um banheiro que funciona mal - caso contrário, tudo é super!

Llegamos el sábado a las 7 pm , no había wifi, no había restaurante abierto , no había room service, no había servicio de bar ,ni minibar ,tampoco televisión , realmente nada de lo que ví por la página y la recepcionista no nos dijo nada ni mostró interés 👎

La ubicación de este hotel es maravillosa, ya me había quedado allí en el año 2017 (Estaban en plena construcción del segundo edificio) y la experiencia fue maravillosa.La atención del personal es buena en general pero Camilo se destaca por su carisma y especial manera de atender a los huéspedes.Esta vez me hospedé con mi pareja en la suite y nos encantó, el espacio de la habitación nos pareció genial además cuenta con una sala independiente en la entrada.Sólo hay 2 cosas que no me gustaron: 1: A la habitación le falta decoración y algo de color, no tiene siquiera un cuadro, unas flores o algún detalle.2. Para el precio que pagamos por esa habitación el desayuno fue PÉSIMO. Entiendo que por la pandemia los buffets de siempre no estén habilitados pero hay sólo UNA opción de desayuno y es “Desayuno americano”: Plato de frutas, huevos al gusto, jugo de naranja y pan (un pan que además no tenía nada de especial y de frescura dudosa) Me parece realmente absurdo, especialmente si lo comparo con el desayuno que ofrecían en 2017 que si estuvo delicioso.

Excellent choice if you're in Usaquen. Close to great restaurants. Clean and tidy, the people are extremely nice. The bedrooms have great views. Will be returning for sure.

Great service, their protocols with Covid are outstanding. The room service was really helpful since we couldn't order food outside . And we had a free night because of quarantine !!!They have a Greek restaurant which is really good

The hotel was great! Awesome location, staff was friendly and the onsite restaurant was amazing! Eduardo the manager was fantastic host! He' lived in Calgary so we bonded as my family are also Canadian, he took us out to a bar with his friends showed us some great places to hangout it was such a nice gesture. It made us feel at home in Columbia:) - would stay here again
