Excellent modern hotel in central location. The rooms are functional and comfortable, our room on the 12th floor had great views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with great and creative chooses.

Nice hotel with a very nice view. However the room needs a big upgrade. TV is very small and you cannot cast to the TV. Glass panes in the bathroom are quite dangerous (if you don't pay attention you will crash into it).Gastrobar Elvy is always very busy, and they do need more staff. We had a mediocre experience here.So please update the rooms and make them more of an experience, we were not blown away.

Beautiful room on the 23rd floor overlooking the Erasmus bridge. Rooftop bar is a must-visit for late night drinks. Awesome breakfast (even compared to NH breakfast, which I consider to be quite good!) with great service by Jean-Marie! Robin at front office was also very thoughtful upon checkout.

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. The front desk service, great breakfast with a view and large clean room with comfy bed and a view makes my stay there comfortable and that is the only hotel I keep going back to stay in Rotterdam. Irene, the guest relations manager, is friendly and really helpful in getting me an extended night stay.

The gym (with a view) and sauna is amazing.
The room was comfy, and just good. Location is great, you can take tram 23/25 to almost anywhere in the city centre in less than 10 mins.

Great hotel with beautiful view over the water and magnificent bridge. We loved every single thing about the hotel. Location is very convenient especially if you are going to enjoy performance in Luxor theatre. Metro is at the footsteps and takes you downtown with 2 stops.Staff was very easy going and friendly always there to assist. Breakfast offered so much choice and again the view. Same as the Bar, very good quality cocktails and very helpful staff. Absolutely recommend nhow hotel if you are looking for accommodation in Rotterdam.

This hotel is a 30-45min flat slow walk from Rotterdam Central train station, through a very relaxing and quirky area! At the arrival, the check-in was quick and very informative. Staff are all very friendly. The entire hotel is full of amazing sentences for self reflection, which seems like a quest: try and find the next one! Loved it! The rooftop bar and restaurant, overlooks the Erasmus bridge! The entire building is full of natural light, and the hotel engages guests towards an environment friendly behaviour! I know where to come should I return to this city! Totally recommend!

I could put five stars because the view is impressive (if you book a room with the skyline). The river is very beautiful. The rooms are very quiet. I enjoyed the deep silence of the night we had there. The breakfast was quite nice, the bed comfortable. You can open a bit something to feel the air from the outside (lot of high tower hotels only have climatisation and you can not open windows). But I didn't like the bathroom. It is too much design and not comfortable (it can be surprising). But I look forward to coming back, just for the view.

Great Location! Away from the hustle and bustle from downtown in the city center. Still many places for food and drinks. The Watertaxi behind hotel New York is a great way to get into the city and back. If we book next time we will be sure to get a room with a view.

Edificio espectacular al lado del puente de Erasmo. Pedimos una habitación mirando el puente para ver los fuegos de Nochevieja (espectaculares), y la habitación, en uno de los pisos altos (el hotel ocupa 23 aunque el edificio es bastante más alto) era preciosa, todo un ventanal sobre el río y el puente (y la oficina de oficinas que está al lado, hay que dejar la cortina de ese lado echada), con un baño amplio, nuevo y original. La cama grande y cómoda. El buffet de desayuno bien, no es demasiado variado pero tenía de todo. Está cerca del metro y del tranvía para acercarse al centro, aunque andando son diez minutos. Fueron muy amables con un problema con la reserva.

Edificio moderno y espectacular. La habitación falta de armarios y mejoraria si fueraun poco más espaciosa. Diseño muy funcional. Buen trato. Buffet desayuno espectacular por su variedad. Me hubiera gustado encontrar aceite de oliva.

Hotel dediseño con desayuno buffet que vale mucho la pena quizá el mejor que yo he tomado nunca y el precio del hotel qué fue negociado por un acuerdo colectivo por debajo de los 100 € me pareció razonable. Como pegas, el día que hizo una tormenta muy fuerte el viento era bastante molesto y se oía mucho en la habitación y la calefacción no era muy efectiva pero bien. Tiene detalles muy de diseño en la propia habitación pero luego falla en cosas elementales cómo poner una silla decente delante de la mesa o un colgador para las chaquetas suficientemente grande, que es enano. Bien elponer casi todos los días una botella de agua gratis aunque no me quedó claro si era por no mandar las toallas a lavar ya que hablaban de un premio por ser ecológico.

Muy buen hotel. La habitación super comoda y con grandes vistas. He de aclarar que elegimos una habitacion premium con vistas y son increibles. Nos dieron una habitacion en la planta 21 y muy muy bien. El ascensor es super rápido y es todo moderno. La cama muy comoda y variedad de almohadas. Cogimos una noche con desayuno y todo muy correcto. En general me ha gustado mucho asi que volveré seguro. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Espectacular la estancia en el hotel. Vistas increíbles al puente Erasmus. Habitación muy espaciosa con ducha acristalada. Personal muy atento, en especial Irene de recepción. Un encanto. El desayuno, otra experiencia diferente: una máquina de bolas para sacar los cereales, donuts colgados del árbol... muy ricos los croisants con queso calentitos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Fantástico, maravilloso, excepcional! No se puede decir menos de este Hotel, me encantó! Desde la instalaciones hasta las vistas... La habitación confortable ofrecía una delicia de vistas desde la planta 21, el desayuno buffet como jamas había visto en otro hotel, una variedad tan amplía de productos y de tanta calidad que era un auténtico lujo. Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad volveré.

Precioso hotel con habitaciones diseñadas de una forma genial. La bollería del desayuno estaba muy rica aunque con variedad un tanto escasa para el precio.La única pega es que no me cabían bien los trajes en el armario de la habitación, que era un pelín escaso.
