Found this hotel from TripAdvisor for the cheaper price - booking directly from hotel will be more expensive.
When i check-in at lobby, staff request for rm50 refundable deposit in cash. As i only has rm20 on hand, the staff nicely received it haha. That lady staff always give sweet smile when we passed by. So far services from staff when check-in & out is good & fast.
The location of where it locate is next to few restaurants, but surprisingly parking easy to find. We parked right in front of the hotel. For breakfast & dinner, not included by hotel fees. So we just go downstair and have it at restaurants down there. Quite convenience and no rush for dinner & breakfast.

In need of a serious cleaning and upgrading. The bedding and towels were clean wifi was OK and staff were pleasant. HOWEVER, for a 185RM/night, the general cleanliness was appalling and due to the paper thin wall we spent a night of no sleep.

bilik tk berapa clean cause boleh nampak habuk2 dkt lantai.. for short stay can be recommended.. i take queen bed room and ruang agak besar cause not have many perabot... tv cannot be use but since we're not actually watch the tv so we just let it go..

Beside the good location and the welcoming staff, the hotel require a good renovation it's old the rooms are small comparing to what they advertise.

Staff were great and friendly.
The room however wasn’t. The cleanliness was appalling. There was hair on the bedroom floor and the bathroom floor. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, grime on the wall and sink. In summary, it looked like someone just sprayed the bathroom with water and called it a day.
The sheets and the towels looked and smelled clean - we can only hope it was.
We checked in at 830pm. So there was absolutely no excuse as to why it wasn’t cleaned properly.
We weren’t expecting much given the price but I don’t think any type of accommodation should skim on cleanliness.
Like another person in the comments said: don’t come here unless you are desperate.
