I called at 11:30 on Christmas Day prior to leaving my house to ensure they had a pack and play reserved for me, I was assured they did and there was a note under my reservation- I arrived at 4pm on Christmas Day and there was no pack and plays available- the front desk clerk said “I’m just seeing this note now”, there was no attempt to rectify the situation- I asked to speak to a manager and was told my information would be given to her and to expect a call the next day, this call was never received. I had to go purchase a pack and play which negates the slightly cheaper hotel room. Additionally the room was not clean, the curtains were broken, pool lacked cleanliness and was not stocked with towels. Lastly, the hotel cleaner was in our room cleaning and I watched a non-uniformed individual who was friendly with the cleaner walk directly into my room where my personal effects were, so I would not trust any sort of safety measures here. Honestly, this hotel is merely lipstick on a pig. While it presents itself as a nice moderate hotel, once you begin to peel back the thinly veiled layers it's actually quite gross. The staff is very nice, however disengaged. Upon check-in, noticed that the coffee station directly across from the front desk was filthy (covered in spilled sugar and creamer, coffee stains and a coffee decanter that obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while ) We were informed the wifi wasn't working and there didn't seem to be any hurry to fix it and no offer was made for compensation even though it was supposed to be included in our booking. Upon heading to our floor, the ENTIRE FLOOR including our room stunk of Marijuana, even though the entire hotel was supposed to be smoke free. The handle to our room did not work correctly with a note written in marker indicating such, nor did our room keys work. As we arrived very late after a long drive we decided to stick it out for the night as the room appeared clean. The next morning, we tried to get the breakfast also included with our booking; however that quickly came to an end when the fruit we were trying to grab for our young daughter was COVERED in mold. The rest of the breakfast station was filthy and upon this discovery we decided our stay would also end. If a hotel can't keep front facing areas clean, what's the chance that they're actually cleaning and sanitizing the rooms and other areas properly? This hotel could have potential, but needs A LOT of work and better management. Honestamente, este hotel é apenas batom em um porco. The room was gross: clump of hair in the toilet upon entry, hair in the shower, fecal matter splattered on the inside of the bowl, white stains on the side of the end table, stains on decorative pillows. Also, the toilet did not flush correctly. 2. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. 2. The doors and walls were paper thin. Every night of our stay I woke up at 3am to doors being slammed many, many times and people talking loudly on the phone in the hallway. This might not seem exactly like the hotel's fault, but the doors are designed to slam shut, which could easily be fixed. We also stayed across from the office on the fourth floor and I believe they were the cause of the noise during the night. 3. The breakfast was a joke. It was described as "full breakfast" but all it was was cereal, prepackaged muffins, and bagels. 4. Not environmentally friendly. Why can't hotels offer recycling? We had to swipe our card 10-15 times each time and jiggle the handle in hopes that it would finally pop the door open each time. The inside of the room needed cleaning. It looked like the only thing that was done was that the sheets were changed out and new soaps were put in the bathroom. The carpet had crumbs all over. There was a white crust on the table that the coffee maker is on and dust all over the place. There were stickers on the wall. The bathroom had a clump of someones hair by the garbage can and there were more hairs in the shower. You also had to hold the toilet handle down the whole time for it to flush all the way. Bathroom sink shoots out water so quick that your shirts gets soaked. We got woken up at 3:30 in the morning by the fire alarm. From what the front desk said, it sounds like it happens often because she said every time they check, there’s never an actual fire. There were other little things but I think you get my point. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay. Gorgeous building and it's only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and very spacious.The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Absolutely excellent for the price! The hotel is very clean and well put together, in an area close by to some decent choices for restaurants. Check in was quick and painless, even though we has just booked the night of. The lobby was cozy and offered 24/7 complementary coffee and tea.Once up to our room, we were shocked to see how deep our room went! The room was twice as long as a standard hotel room. .All in all, this place is an excellent place O melhor hotel que já tive o privilégio de ficar. The theming was also nice and modern, purple with black and gray.Important notes that in my opinion aren't deal breakers, but things to look out for: - The breakfast is cold. Some bagels, cereal, yogurt and muffins. - The gym is pretty small. One treadmill, one elliptical, a couple free weights etc etc etc - The shower water gets VERY hot if you set it too high. - I wasn't able to find dog curbing stations, so bring your own bags if you intend on bringing your furry pet with you!All in all, this place is an excellent place to stay at if you're in the area, or just need a place to stay for a long road trip. O lobby era aconchegante e oferecia café e chá complementares 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.Uma vez até o nosso quarto, ficamos chocados ao ver o quão profundo nosso quarto foi! O quarto era o dobro do tamanho de um quarto de hotel padrão. Por US$ 124 para duas camas queen size, este é um ótimo valor. A temática também ficou legal e moderna, roxo com preto e cinza.Notas importantes que, na minha opinião, não são disjuntores, mas coisas a serem observadas: - O café da manhã está frio. Alguns bagels, cereais, iogurte e muffins. - A academia é bem pequena. Uma esteira, um elíptico, alguns pesos livres etc etc etc - A água do chuveiro fica MUITO quente se você definir muito alto. - Não consegui encontrar estações de contenção de cães, então traga suas próprias malas se você pretende levar seu animal de estimação peludo com você!Ao todo, este lugar é um excelente lugar para ficar se você estiver na área, ou apenas precisa de um lugar para ficar para uma longa viagem. Eu e minha família voltaremos!

Check in was quick and painless, even though we has just booked the night of. The lobby was cozy and offered 24/7 complementary coffee and tea.Once up to our room, we were shocked to see how deep our room went! The room was twice as long as a standard hotel room. At $124 for two queen beds, this is a great value. The theming was also nice and modern, purple with black and gray.Important notes that in my opinion aren't deal breakers, but things to look out for: - The breakfast is cold. Some bagels, cereal, yogurt and muffins. - The gym is pretty small. One treadmill, one elliptical, a couple free weights etc etc etc - The shower water gets VERY hot if you set it too high. - I wasn't able to find dog curbing stations, so bring your own bags if you intend on bringing your furry pet with you!All in all, this place is an excellent place to stay at if you're in the area, or just need a place to stay for a long road trip. Una cinta de correr, una elíptica, un par de pesas libres, etc., etc. - El agua de la ducha se calienta MUCHO si la pones demasiado alta. - No pude encontrar estaciones para detener perros, ¡así que traiga sus propias bolsas si tiene la intención de llevar a su mascota peluda con usted!Considerándolo todo, este lugar es un excelente lugar para hospedarse si se encuentra en el área, o simplemente necesita un lugar para hospedarse durante un largo viaje por carretera. ¡Mi familia y yo volveremos!

I stayed last weekend for my child’s tournament and it was great!! Staff was very kind and helpful as we were from out of state and didn’t know much about the area.Rooms and buildingwere very clean. The pool was also great, the kids had a blast.The GM was amazing, she was so friendly and made sure everything was up to our standards.Thank you Park Manor for taking such good care if us! Definitely will book again when we play again next year. Fiquei no último fim de semana para o torneio do meu filho e foi ótimo !! A equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa, pois éramos de fora do estado e não sabíamos muito sobre a área. Os quartos e prédio eram muito limpos. A piscina também era ótima, as crianças se divertiram muito. A GM foi incrível, ela foi muito simpática e se certificou de que tudo estava de acordo com nossos padrões. Obrigado Park Manor por cuidar tão bem de nós! Definitivamente reservaremos novamente quando jogarmos novamente no próximo ano.
