O hotel é muito bom n limpo, a equipe é extremamente agradável n eles são todos muito útil. O café-da-manhã gratuito tinha praticamente tudo nada que você poderia querer para o café-da-manhã. O único 2 reclamações que teve foi a cama em nosso sala foi muito muito Saibam na piscina foi absolutamente congelante que as crianças apenas catalãs iam para não até mesmo um todo, que foi realmente desapontante.

It had some issues. After I complained they did reimburse me for one night (300.00) which was good and they didn’t charge 100.00 dog fee, I hope they clean up room properly.

El personal te hace sentir como en familia. Hacen todo lo posible para mantener seguros a los invitados durante estos tiempos difíciles. The staff make you feel like family. They go out of their way to keep the guests safe during these trying times.
From the GM down to housekeeping they have been short staff. Yet, all of become champs at multitasking.

The hotel is really nice n clean, the staff is extremely nice n they are all very helpful. The free breakfast had pretty much everything n anything you could want for breakfast. The only 2 complaints we had was the bed in our room was very very uncomfortable n the pool was absolutely freezing that the kids only went in it for not even a whole minute, which was really disappointing.

El hotel es realmente agradable y limpio, el personal es extremadamente agradable y todos son muy serviciales. El desayuno gratuito tenía prácticamente todo lo que puedas desear para el desayuno. La única 2 quejas que tuvimos fue que la cama de nuestra habitación era muy incómoda y la piscina estaba absolutamente helada que los niños solo fueron en ella por ni siquiera un minuto entero, lo cual fue realmente decepcionante.
